Rian himself seemed to smile seeing Melati was together again with her husband, yes he had promised himself that he would forget Melati even though it was difficult but he would try.
Rian recalls his accidental meeting with Ayumi at a Cafe and Ayumi explains what happened to Melati during her time there he knows that Melati was so hurt by her and now when he had improved and found a replacement he would have the heart to snatch that smile again.

Yes Jovanka did have a curette in her stomach to clean the dirty blood in the wall of her uterus and because of the effect of the drug she was lucky to fall asleep.

After checking the Gods left them maybe the Gods tried to be tropesinal in work because there were several sisters there.
On the other hand, Melati was seen sitting while holding her best friend's hand, she was unable to hold her tears there, there was only Ayunda's mother because Rio would come later tonight.

Melati continued to tell about their excitement at the night market used to make Melati laugh and occasionally wipe her tears.

She also did DNA tests on Jovanka while on Ayumi herself she was convinced that Ayumi was her child because their blood type was the same.

"Why is this not Jovanka's room over there?" rian asked in surprise to see his uncle in front of the ward with a middle-aged woman.
