This afternoon Gara decided to pick up his girlfriend at the hospital, without the woman's knowledge. He wanted to make a surprise by bringing a bouquet of flowers in his hand.

He is currently in his family's hospital, which is now run by his sister or twin. Gionza Albaret was his name, who would soon be the next owner of the hospital.

Because the father, Zeen Albaret, as the owner of the hospital. He has decided to retire and wants to enjoy his old age with his wife. Coincidentally Gara's lover worked as a doctor's assistant, the doctor's own sister.

His girlfriend is still an intern, and has not worked as a regular doctor. That's why her lover still needs the guidance of senior doctors there. And it was Gara who introduced her own lover to her sister. And asked the sister to make her lover as her assistant.

Gara's body feels weak, wants to collapse right then and there. But because he tried to hold his body.

“My current heart is only for you, after this I will release Gara. So, you don't have to worry.” Serlin hugged Gio's body again with a beautiful smile.

Because who could not stand it, left the place by staggering. The flower that was in his hand, he threw it in the trash. Though the flower he will present to his lover to commemorate their anniversary, the 6th year. He intends to propose to the woman.
