Henry did ask for help before Rara came to them and he immediately ordered to hurry to the place of the Doctor who used to handle the state of the Crown Prince.

The Crown Prince deliberately did not go straight back to the palace because he did not want to be handled by a royal doctor who would certainly exaggerate the situation.

Meanwhile, the exhausted Rara walking around decided to return home to Hatake village on foot.
