Until nightfall Aileen and Deon had just reached a very remote village. Even the streets are not as paved. So Deon's car was shaken because it stepped on the gravel.
The timid Aileen could only close her eyes, as the narrow street was almost without any illumination. There are lights that are far apart are also only dimly lit.
Occasionally there was the sound of animals that Aileen did not know her name, but it sounded very creepy.
Aileen could no longer bear the fear she felt. He closed his eyes while covering his ears with his hands.
Deon just smiled looking at the behavior of the girl sitting next to him. The young man did not feel pity, but instead wanted to train Aileen so that the girl could have a little courage.
Deon deliberately turned off his car, Aileen instantly opened her eyes with an anxious face.
"Have you arrived?" ask Aileen.
"Not yet, the gasoline is running out," Deon replied casually.
"Then how?" asked Aileen restlessly.
"I've been here before, the road is still far away. We'd better stay here, tomorrow morning we can ask for help from passers-by" Deon said.
"But it's so dark here, I'm afraid," whined Aileen who had stood all over her hair.
"Then how else? Do you want to walk in the middle of the night? Not far from here is an inn," Deon suggested with a sweet smile.
"How many minutes does it take to walk?" ask Aileen curiously.
"Less than fifteen minutes, how?" ask Deon again.
"It's okay to walk for fifteen minutes, than I'm scared here until morning" replied Aileen recklessly.
"Come, then we're out," Deon cheerfully asked.
Aileen also came down from the car, the lighting that vaguely made her unable to see the road clearly.
Moreover, the shadow of the large and black trees plus the sound of the animals that were mutually understated made Aileen tremble. Unknowingly she clings on at Deon's side, her hand also embraces Deon's arm.
"If you are afraid to walk while closing your eyes!" said Deon.
Aileen did not reply, but she instantly closed her eyes while her hands grew tighter and tighter in Deon's arms.
"Is Deon really the leader of the Mafia? But why is his attitude so sweet and gentle. Didn't I hear the story all this time that the Mafia was violent and cruel?"
Aileen felt very comfortable and calm at Deon's side, she herself had no idea why any of this could happen.
"Sister Deon why did you choose to be the Mafia? Saralee said you're smart" asked Aileen.
Deon was surprised, as he saw the girl beside him already daring to open his eyes. Secretly the young man smiled as Aileen was still tightly holding onto his arm.
"Because what? It may have been a dream" Deon replied.
"Isn't the Mafia a bad guy who likes to kill and rob?" ask Aileen to make sure.
Deon laughed, the young man felt funny with the thought of the girl beside him who was innocent and innocent.
"Even though I am a Mafia, but I have never killed anyone nor oppressed innocent people" Deon replied in a serious turn.
"Then what's Deon's job?" ask Aileen curiously.
"Why would they be willing to sleep with a lot of men just for money? Don't they have shame or fear in people's lips?" ask Aileen again.
Deon laughed even more, because if he explained it he wouldn't be able to get to Aileen's brain.
"The bottom line is, not all women in this world live as lucky as you, Princess. Let alone thinking about shame, for them a full stomach is more important," said Deon.
Although Aileen could not fully understand the contents of their thoughts, but she knew that what Deon said was the truth.
"I was lucky, ever since I was a child I was spoiled by my parents. My needs also never lessened, even without me asking them to always give more to me," replied Aileen smilingly looking at the star-filled sky.
Deon was instantly silent and mused, at this moment no one knew what his thoughts were. Not even the look on his face could be captured by Aileen's eyes.
Finally they arrived at a small inn at the end of the city.
"Order two rooms, sir. For last night," Deon's pinta.
"Sorry, Sir. There was only one room, "the innkeeper replied.
"It's okay," Deon said kindly.
Aileen was surprised, she felt hesitant to step up. But from behind his body was pushed slowly.
"We're lovers, so it's okay to sleep in the room" whispered Deon in Aileen's ear from behind.
Instantly Aileen gave a goosebumps of fear, she no longer knew what to do.
"Let's go ahead, sir, Madam. I showed you the room," said the innkeeper.
Deon pulled Aileen's hand so that the hadith would follow him. While Aileen herself like a buffalo whipped her nose.
"I'm afraid, may Brother Deon not say anything to me," Aileen's mind.
"Relax, I won't touch you. I was also tired after a long day of driving" Deon said as he opened the door.
Because it is not in the central city, the inn is also like a small village. It looks unique and clean. Deon immediately picked up the pajamas that had been provided, then he went into the bathroom.
Aileen could hear the sound of water gurgling, her chest pounding even more as Deon came out of the bathroom already in a different shirt. Even Deon's face looked fresh and very handsome because it was half wet with his hair.
"Would you take a shower?" tanya Deon broke Aileen's daydream.
"I... Yes.." answered Aileen gugub, then she took the exact same clothes as Deon's and ran towards the bathroom.
Deon only smiled at a glance, then lay down on the edge of the bed.
When Aileen had finished bathing and changed clothes, she immediately came out of the room, Andi with a feeling of anxiety. But when he saw Deon was asleep, Aileen's feelings became relieved.
He put a pillow in the middle of the bed as a barrier, while he himself lay on the edge of a different bed with Deon.
Half an hour later Deon woke up, the young man staring at Aileen who had fallen asleep.
"You are the only woman who can move my heart. But why are you the son of my own enemy. I should have broken you by now, but my heart just wanted to protect you."
Deon kissed Aileen's forehead gently, then hugged the girl tightly.
