Story 18: The Love of a Yono (Part 6)
Day after day Yono and Imas go through with living a very happy married life.
Although Yono had no problem with Imas' work as a prostitution worker, Imas still decided to quit her job as a prostitute in order to serve Yono full time. Plus, from day to day the health condition of Imas getting worse and worse
But, to connect life and to repay all the services that have been provided by the Prayoga family, Yono still works as a guard of the hidden prostitution place belonging to the Prayoga family. Shortly after marriage, Imas became pregnant. And the greatest consequence of bearing a child for the sick Imas was death. Yono several times offered Imas for abortion but Imas always refused.
“However you try, I will still die. At least, let me give you a baby,” that is the reason Imas told Yono.

Pregnancy passed, and finally Gilang could be born healthy wal afiat. Meanwhile, in contrast to the predictions of doctors, Imas managed to survive and give birth to his child safely. But indeed. After giving birth to Gilang, Imas' condition got worse. And now Imas just spend his time in pain and only able to lie on the bed.
Grandpa Arya was out of prison. And Grandpa Arya advised Yono to go to Singapore, India, or to any country that has a better treatment method when compared to in Indonesia. But, dear, Imas refused. He felt that it would be better for him to just die.

A few months later, Imas never died. Until one day Imas pleaded with Yono to be killed. Of course, this has led to a long debate. But in the end Yono granted his brother Kika's request after getting advice from Frank.
“Death is not the end of everything. But death is the end of pain in the world,” Frank said.
Even if Frank's words continue. Then Frank will say, the pain in the world is gone, alternating with the pain in the afterlife.
Before Yono executed his own wife by throwing her into the abyss. Imas asks Yono to go to Cijagung. He met his family and apologized for choosing the wrong path. A path not approved by his parents.
Yono still remembered. That day. The day he killed his own wife. The day he broke his own heart. The day he heard Gilang crying nonstop. The grim cry of a child who had not understood anything but knew that from that day on he would never see his mother again.

Prayoga's family was so kind to Yono. He was willing to let go of Yono when Yono said he would move to Cijagung.
But before, Yono first had to fight with Frank to prove the strength of his determination. Is he really ready to start his own group.

On Yono's arrival to Cijagung, Yono was greeted by Kika in front of his house. But unfortunately, Ortu Kika does not want to accept the presence of Yono or his grandson. They now hate Imas for not following their advice. And now it has been proven with the life of Imas who became destroyed by his own choice.

Yono, who was sad because his wife suffered so much that even died was not accepted by his own parents, decided to settle in Cijagung to be able to raise Gilang in the birthplace of Imas.
Yono raised Gilang attentively. But still, the guilt that continues to tear his chest because it has granted his wife's wish still can not just disappear. So as to reduce his guilt so great, Yono not only keep and raise Gilang.
Yono also secretly took care of Kika without the knowledge of Imas' parents. So for years Yono always took the time to chat and play with Kika. Yono often gave Kika money. But Yono had to be careful while doing so because Kika was always beaten whenever caught receiving money from him.

Then Udin continued, “Yono's fear of his wife's death is getting bigger and bigger because Kika, who every day he gives maximum attention, is growing into a figure that is very similar to Imas. So every time Yono saw Kika, it made him become reminded of the figure of the late.”
