2 Months Later

"Hubby, how's our son?" asked Zahra with a sigh.

"Where was our first child Hubby?" ask Zahra.

"What I carry is our first child, the one you carry is our second Anka and the one beside you is our third child" Reyhan replied. Zahra just nodded his omens Zahra understood.

Zahar began to realize that he had opened his eyes to his family and his friends were not in the room.
