Reana opened her eyes and saw Rean at her side. The man hugged his sister possessively.

'devastated, ' Reana said in her heart. He was crying in silence, there was nothing more he could do now. Want it to feel he roared and cried as loud as possible, but free anyway time can not be played back.

"What?" Rean choked when he saw fresh blood splattered on the floor of his room. The blood led to the bathroom not far from where it stands now.

Panicked, Rean opened the bathroom door. But, free of charge, the door is locked from the inside.

"Oh my God." Rean for the first time felt an overwhelming fear. Even his body was trembling and unable to break down the door.

"Reana," called Rean softly like a person who had almost lost his consciousness.

"Master!" heard the call of Saga from Outside, it was time for breakfast and Rean had not yet come down making the man move to wake up his Master.

There was no reply from Rean, the man was still fixed in front of the bathroom door which was still tightly locked. As if his movements were locked, he could do absolutely nothing even though his brain told him to break down the wooden door in front of him.

"Master, there's ap-" Saga was unable to finish her words when she saw Rean's condition and fresh blood splattered around the man.

"Gosh, Miss!" Saga immediately ran towards the bathroom, breaking down the door and the sight that Rean was afraid of was now clearly displayed before his eyes.

The man fell limp on the cold floor, feeling that half his life had been lost when he saw the figure rise to the surface.

The woman was so limp, her whole body was reddish due to the water mixed with the viscous liquid. His eyes were also closed like someone who was asleep and had a good dream.

Without a second thought, Rean immediately ran towards Saga who was holding Reana. Took over the girl and carried her to the hospital.

Raina continued to cry and hoped this was just a dream. This morning he woke up and found a commotion going on downstairs. And now, Reana, who used to look so cold and tough, has surprisingly committed suicide without her knowing what caused it.

"How's it?" rean asked a doctor who removed the mask.

The doctor emitted a sad look in the eyes, there was no relief there, the doctor looked down. He then muttered.

"Take him off" the doctor muttered, causing Rean to run into the room. Ignoring the prohibition of the Doctor and some nurses who will remove all medical devices attached to Reana's body.

The man forbade them to take it off, forbidding them to decide Reana's attempt to open their eyes. He was sure the woman would come back to him.

"Wakeup! Don't punish me like this! Wake up, please," Rean's cry broke out so bitterly while shaking Reana's paled body.

The man hugged the figure of the girl he loved so tightly. He felt a sense of loss. Why would Reana who had promised to always be by his side be so willing to leave him alone?

The most cruel fate God has laid out for Rean. Now he no longer has someone who can make him survive in the world. It felt like he wanted to follow Reana to heaven, if only Raina's cry was no longer heard.

The girl hugged Rean so tightly, she wept and prayed for God's favor to bring her brother back. He even promised to do anything as long as his twin sister greeted him again.

However, it seemed like God had prepared an even more beautiful destiny for them.

Not long after, Karina came with tears on her old cheeks. His wrinkled hands trembled touching the pale cheeks of the young man. He was crying without sobbing, only his tears were sliding down without being able to hold any longer.

Karina looked at her other two grandchildren, they looked so beaten and fragile. Moreover, Rean who now just stared blankly at the figure of the girl he loved so much.

Karina walked over to Rean, for the first time the old woman hugged her grandson affectionately.

So did Rean who was crying sobbing in Karina's arms.

"Sleep, Honey. Be calm there, and wait for me in heaven. I promise to keep this love until my last breath. Sleep, I love you" whispered Rean to Reana's ear.

The man then left from there leaving Reana who was shedding tears.

"Ohhh!" the nurse screeched at the clear crystal flowing from the corner of the patient's eye.

"Hide secret" said the old woman. The medical team stared confusedly at her, Karina just gently stroked Reana's head.

"I'm sorry about your grandmother, Reana." Karina walked out of the room with a smile of relief imprinted on her face.

"I'm sorry I was so cruel to keep you apart."
