Chequek...
The door of the room opened again. Dad Ray apparently, who came without knocking.
"Darling..." Call her softly to the wife. Before he saw his son and Sabil there.
"Dad..." Andra answered.
"You've come, there's Sabila too. How are you, son?"
"Oh well, ehh Da..Dad." Sabil answered, his tongue was not used to the call. Even though he was so close to Rahmi's mom, but with Dad Ray he felt awkward.
"Darling are you hungry?" Dad Ray asked gently to his wife.
"Not yet, just ate the cake that Sabil brought."
Daddy Ray approached his wife, rubbing her cheek gently, looking at her softly. Although a smile was engraved on his face, but Sabil saw something different from Ray's eyes. His eyes filled with deep sadness.
"Darling... " Mom Rahmi's face flushed. Her husband's hand rubbed his cheek.
"You're why Dad your face looks tired. I must have troubled you so much."
Now Mom Rahmi's face turned sad, actually she knew her husband was currently not okay. Her disease that never improved, surely her husband already knew.
Dad Ray smiled, grabbed his wife's hand and then kissed her many times.
"Where may you trouble me, you are my wife, my soul mate. When you're sick, I'll feel even more sick."
Now mom Rahmi's hand reached out to her husband's face, rubbing his hard jaw.
"Look Dad, I'm cured, I'm healthy. And I want to go home soon. It's so boring here." She spoke in a tone that was spoiled, and stuck her head on her husband's arm.
"Mom, Dad, stop ok!. You don't see anyone else here. Continue later after we get home." Gerrutu Andra.
Sabil also felt bad, because his presence disturbed the couple's husband and wife. But he was not at all disturbed, he was happy to see a couple who showed affection.
"I'm sorry Mommy, beautiful. Mom got carried away. Hihah... " He chuckles to himself.
"What's mom."
"Dad, let's get out somebody you want Andra to say."
Andra took her Daddy out of the room. Yes he already feels something is wrong with his Daddy, since entering he has guessed everything is not okay.
The father and son were now standing in that seemingly desolate corridor. Indeed the floor was deliberately empty, only specifically to care for Mom Rahmi.
"Dad, what's wrong?" Ask Andra without further ado.
"Your Mommy's disease..." Dad Ray sighed, before continuing.
"Your Mommy's heart is getting weaker, it can recur at any time. It can't even be helped if it's too late. There's no other way but to do the grafting. But it's not easy to get a suitable donor." His breathing felt heavy.
"Mommy is not a weak woman, she must be strong until Daddy finds a suitable donor for her."
"Daddy hope so." He said as he patted his son's shoulder gently.
"It's late, you better get Sabil back."
"Well I won't bother mom and dad anymore." Andra moved on, leaving the Daddy alone.
"Basin a bad boy."
,,,
While indoors, Sabil painstakingly accompanies Mommy Rahmi.
Bribed it while eating, and helped cleanse his body earlier.
Usually Mom Rahmi can do it all by herself, but Sabil was adamant to help.
They talked warmly, Sabil continued to tell me everything he had been through.
"So mang Ucup school gardener likes the same bi Sari the canteen mother. Hahahaha, they're the perfect pair if so. The one the gossip monger and the one the mongrel." The sound of their laughter echoed. I don't know where Sabil got the story from. He doesn't like to gossip, he just likes to read.
Then where did all that come from. As long as you know, Sabil's ears were born so sharp in hearing. He could hear the things others were talking about, as he was passing by and walking. If others would hear him vaguely. So for Sabil it was quite clear in his ears.
Andra just walked in without knocking. The two people inside were not even aware of his arrival, they were so engrossed in chatting and laughing.
"Mom..."
"An, where's your Daddy?" Mom asked Rahmi while wiping away the tears that came out in the corner of her eyes, as a result of laughing too much.
"It's still outside."
"Come, it's late. I'll take you home." Andra looked at Sabil.
Sabil nodded his head.
"Mom, I'll take Sabil back. Tomorrow I'll be back to see you." Andra said to Mommy.
"Yes, be careful on the road. And Sabil thank you for taking your time to accompany Mommy. Mom's so happy you're here."
"Together Mom, Sabil went home first."
They hugged again for a while, before Sabil actually walked out of the room.
"Mom needs to be healthy again, ok." His words again gave encouragement.
"Sure" replied Rahmi.
"We're leaving now Mom." Andra kissed the mommy's forehead at a glance.
Smile on Mom Rahmi's lips, she is very grateful about her son who has returned.
