. At midnight, Reifan hugged Alvi's arm and rubbed his face on Alvi.

"Da-ddy.mau daddy.." whine Reifan with a small cry while continuing to disturb Alvi's sleep. Alvi woke up and saw Reifan still closed his eyes but continued to whine because he was not comfortable sleeping.

"Da-ddy....." Reifan continued to whine, making Alvi move from her sleep and grabbed Reifan. Intentions wanted to calm down, but he was surprised and panicked when he touched Reifan's body so hot. Reifan wants to be with Avril continuously, maybe he already feels unwell from noon.

"Rei.. geez your body is hot." Said Alvi who panicked herself and did not know what to do. He glanced at Avril who was still asleep because he was probably exhausted from the morning Avril who took care of all the needs of the event. Alvi was more confused because he could not bear to wake Avril now. But he also can't take care of Reifan alone. With hesitation, Alvi grabbed Avril's hand and patted her softly.

"Which. Honey!" Alvi grew louder and woke Avril to her surprise and opened her eyes.

"Eh what? Morning already?" Asked the plain Avril who immediately woke up and looked towards the window.

"What time is Al? Why is it still dark?" Avril asked again innocently and did not realize that it was still night.

"It's still night." Alvi replied a little annoyed and again grabbed Reifan.

"Then why did you wake me up? Al I'm tired, for now I'm sorry I'm still sleepy can't serve you. Please forgive me!" Persuade Avril who immediately thought there, because as he remembered before he went to Reifan's room, Avril saw the look on Alvi's face that might be angry because of Reifan's presence and the two could not relate.

"What are you thinking? I didn't ask you for that." Said Alvi clucking irritatedly and glaring while holding back his annoyance at Avril.

"Eh? Continues to? And why did you bring Rei? If you're mad at me, don't take it out on Rei." Avril suddenly panicked fear that Alvi was angry and hated Reifan for that reason. But immediately Avril fell silent and felt Reifan's entire hot body and he fully realized when Reifan continued to mutter calling Aldi and himself.

"Rei... ka-you are sick?.." now Avril who suddenly panicked and was busy not for looking for drugs stored in Reifan's closet.

"Yes... depleted." he said innocently and then glanced at Alvi who was calming Reifan.

"Call Noah." Said Alvi who became panicked.

"We're going to the hospital. If Noah had no hope at this hour Al." Avril said still panicked. He looked at the wall clock that still showed at 2 pm. Alvi decides to take Reifan to the hospital out of concern if anything happens to him.

On the way, Avril continued to pray while kissing the face of Reifan who was asleep and occasionally muttered softly to call his father. When Avril contacted Aldi and Bagas, both of them did not answer Avril's call until he clucked resentfully and cursed his two friends who were out of town.

"Avril. Calm yourself." Alvi said beside him. Sometimes he rubbed the tears of Avril who fell without permission for fear of anything in his foster children. Although not a biological child, still Avril has taken care of him from the baby.

Arriving at the hospital, the two hurriedly followed the officer who picked her up in front. Avril looked at the door with hope for Reifan's health.

"Al...." wirih Avril turned her head and looked at Alvi so softly that she could not help but worry.

"Pray for it." His voice hugged Avril from the side and rubbed her head gently.

Avril moved quickly as the doctor walked out of the room and looked at Alvi with a meaningful gaze.

"What about my son Doc?" Tanya Alvi looked hopefully at the two eyes of the doctor.

"Your son is fine sir. He's just a fever and I've been giving him heat-lowering drugs and vitamins to get his condition better."

"Thank you doc." Alvi said then entered the room and immediately grabbed Reifan into her arms.

"Father sickle.." whine Reifan pointed at the infusion needle that stuck in his hand. Alvi's heart was stunned to see such a large needle stuck in the hands of his adopted son's tiny.

"Hold ya.. soon it's off." Reply Alvi kissed Reifan's cheek with anxiety and convinced Reifan not to be too afraid of infusion.

"Master and Miss are very lucky to have a son like him. I see, this young master is very understanding and already understands the conditions around him." Speak to the doctor who is still monitoring the room. Avril just smiled not knowing what to answer. Because he didn't even realize anything from Reifan. He only taught what he knew and what he could do to educate Reifan to be a good person and to be proud of.

"Is it time for me to take off my contraceptives so Reifan has a sister to accompany him? And it looks like Alvi has also wanted the presence of a child." Murmured Avril stared blankly at Alvi who was petting Reifan to fall asleep.

"Why?" Tanya Alvi broke Avril's daydream. Avril immediately shook her head violently in response to Alvi's question.

"Let me put him to bed. You must be tired." Said Avril approaching Alvi then prepared to grab Reifan from Alvi's lap.

"No. You just take a break. Reifan let me take care of you."

"But you have to work Al tomorrow."

"I can sleep in the back room of my office."

"But..."

"Have... slept there!"

"You kicked me out?" Avril stared intently and held her hand in annoyance at Alvi.

"No." Elak Alvi smiled ridiculously.

"Continue?"

"Just tell me to go."

"Ihhhhh you're a base." Avril hits Alvi's arm while holding back a laugh because of Alvi.

. The next morning, after the infusion runs out, Reifan can go home and be treated at home. Avril and Alvi split up at the hospital due to different goals.

"Be careful. Let me know if there's anything." Avril nodded and entered the car along with Alvi who was traveling in opposite directions with her.

"You're coming with me." Reifan pointed back and looked hopefully at Avril.

"You're sick, baby. Just go home, yeah..." Reifan shook his head rudely to reject Avril's invitation.

"Eifan wants daddy." His whimpering half-screamed making Avril sigh in annoyance.

"But his father is busy, baby. Not focused on work." Persuade Avril so that Reifan can be brought home. But, Reifan still shook his head violently refusing to go home and desperately wanted to catch up with Alvi. With a heavy heart, Avril turned towards company D. Reifan initially ran from the car to the lobby, but Avril scolded him making Reifan silent for a moment.

"Hold Mommy's hand.!" Avril's word was firm, and Reifan nodded according to Avril's orders. Reifan took Avril's hand to Alvi's room. It was clear there that the netizens were talking about Avril with whispers. However, Avril was used to any rumors about her who was considered to have had children from Aldi and she was often considered to have an affair with Aldi behind her husband.

"Dad.." cried Reifan as Ray opened the door. It looks like Alvi is sound asleep on the sofa making Avril feel even more guilty for bringing Reifan to her and might disturb Alvi's sleep now.

"Dad.." he said slowly touching Alvi's cheek with fear.
