Episodes 18. Surprise

"Hmm...!"

Rose was shocked, she froze as Michael kissed her in public. His thoughts returned when Michael accidentally touched his wound.

Rose pushed Michael's body and immediately rubbed his lips that were filled with the man's scent.

"You...!" growled Rose while looking at Michael with widened eyes.

Michael did not care about the woman's rude attitude, he hugged Rose tightly again.

"I'm sorry... Because of my busy life, I've neglected your safety." Michael said guiltily.

"Sa..sickness!" mumbling Rose.

Michael took off his arms and looked at the blood on his hands.

"Blood!" murmured Michael.

"What's going on? why are you bleeding?" michael asked with a panicked face.

"My wounds are open." Rose replied briefly.

Without waiting, Michael grasped Rose's arm and led her into the Doctor's room.

"Rapidly treat his wounds!" michael's orders when he sees the doctor.

"I'm sorry, other patients are waiting. You have to wait in line to get treatment" replied the female doctor on duty.

"I don't care how many patients are waiting, I only care about this woman! You, treat him now or I'll destroy this room!" michael said with his arrogant face.

The doctor had no other choice, he immediately treated Rose who was in pain.

"Please wait outside!" pinta Doctor.

The doctor undressed Rose and gave her a local anesthetic, a gaping wound re-sewed by the Doctor.

"Miss, are you a victim of KDRT?" ask the doctor who felt suspicious when he saw the scars and bruises on Rose's body.

Rose shook her head, "No Doc, I had an accident a week ago" Rose replied trying to explain the Doctor's misunderstanding.

"If you have a KDRT, you must report it to the authorities. Don't maintain a household that makes you suffer" said the woman doctor.

Rose smiled funny because Michael was considered a rude man who did KDRT on himself.

The treatment session was over, the Doctor prescribed the medicine and asked Rose not to move much.

"Thank You Doc."

Rose gets out of the room, Michael has Gerry pay the Hospital bills and take the drugs at the pharmacy center.

Michael took Rose by the hand and took her to the car. They sat in the car waiting for Gerry.

"How did he know I was here?" mind Rose.

"Thank you." said Rose in a small voice.

Michael looked at the woman sitting beside him. One matching word crossed his mind, "Pity".

Michael felt sorry to see Rose being infested with wounds. Wanting her taste she replaced Rose to bear all the burden of her suffering.

"Dry!" michael's orders.

"Hmm?" Rose was confused by Michael's intentions.

"Come on!" michael orders by patting the chair beside him.

"What else is this man thinking?" mind Rose.

Michael was upset that his orders had been ignored.

"Close! I'll lend you a shoulder" Michael said with a grouchy face.

"It turns out that's what it means... He he.." Rose thought.

"Thank you.." Rose muttered before falling asleep.

Gerry drives slowly, he doesn't want to disturb the happiness of his boss back there.

Within 45 minutes they arrived at the mansion. Michael took Rose with his arms and laid Rose on the bed.

As she was about to step out of the room, Rose pulled Michael's hand and muttered.

"Help me, anyone. Please save me from here. I'm scared..."

Michael sat on the edge of the bed and clasped his hands. Michael's hand wiped away the trail of tears flowing from the end of Rose's eyes.

"Don't be afraid, I'm here for you" he said, then slowly peeked at Rose's forehead.

"What is this girl dreaming about shaking?" michael's Mind.

Michael undoes his intention to return to the office, he accompanies Rose and lies beside her. Michael hugged the girl's body, gently stroking her face soaked in sweat.

Time showed at 3am, Rose slowly opened her eyes. Now he is not surprised anymore with the face of the man who always sleeps on the side and hugs his body warmly.

"I dreamed of being saved by someone while confined in a dark room in the past. If someone had saved me from that place, would I have been able to move on happily?" mind Rose.

Slowly Rose took off Michael's embrace. The man was sound asleep, his face still looking handsome even though his eyes were closed.

Rose went into the bathroom, she wanted to clean her face that had been exposed to dust all day.

Michael awoke when he heard a sound from the water faucet, he walked into the bathroom and opened the door without knocking.

"You're up." Rose said as she watched Michael enter.

"Your wounds must not be exposed to water. If you need help tell me." said Michael, taking the soap from Rose's hand.

"Sit down!" michael's orders.

According to Rose, she did have trouble moving her aching hand. He sat on the toilet and let Michael clean his face.

"There's still others?" michael asked after he finished drying Rose's face.

Rose nodded, she did not want to lose the chance to be served by an arrogant man.

"Please help me wash my hair." Pinta Rose with her innocent face.

Michael complies with Rose's request, he takes the shampoo and then starts washing Rose's long hair.

Rose fell asleep inside the big bath up, she leaned her head on the end of the bath up. Comfortable with the movement of Michael's hand that lightly incised his head, Rose fell asleep inside.

"ozuzz..."

Michael smiled as he heard the fine snoring coming out of Rose's lips. Slowly she doused the warm water and rinsed Rose's long hair. Michael brought Rose back to bed after finishing her rinse.

Michael looking for the location of the hair dryer, he opened one by one the drawers in the room. After finding the item he was looking for, Michael dried Rose's wet hair.

Rose must have woken up, but she was too embarrassed to open her eyes. Shame from falling asleep when her hair was washed by Michael.

Michael again lay down beside Rose and hugged her body. Rose was still frozen, she did not refuse Michael's embrace that felt comfortable and warm. The two young men went back to sleep until dawn.

"Akhh...!"

Rose and Michael were shocked to hear Lily's scream. He had just returned home without telling Rose.

His intention wanted to surprise his brother, but now he was surprised by his brother.

"Lily. sister can explain this" said Rose, who did not want her sister to misunderstand.

"Is this handsome man my sister-in-law's candidate?" lily asked with a smiling face.

"Akhh, it seems like it will be hard to clear my good name." Rose thought.
