CHAPTER 8

Since the meeting with the Vampire Elders Grace and Lucas several times appeared together. They meet often, initially for lucas' reasons to always protect Grace. But over time the two of them seemed to be harboring each other's taste. Either Grace or Lucas initiated the taste.

"Why interested in me ? " Tanya grace while looking at lucas on her lap.

"Some, maybe fate." Answer lucas briefly

"Is it okay in your nation to fall in love with a human being?" Surveys Grace curiously.

"There was once a nation of Vampires who married into the human race, at first walked so beautifully but I am not told why. Suddenly the Vampire lost control of himself and groaned his human wife, to death." Lucas tells the story he hears by word of mouth.

" Hmmm... I get it ... Living with humans must be hard for Vampires." Grace said as she daydreamed

"Hey..what are you thinking? Take it easy I won't suck your blood dry" Lucas interrupted with a giggling laugh.

That afternoon they seemed happy to spend the day together in the middle of the forest with bluish flowering grass.

It was getting dark that Lucas decided to take Grace home. Just as they were about to leave their place, there came two Vampires who looked ferocious as they showed their fangs.

Lucas' hand pulled Grace behind his body.

"What do you want?" Lucas asked in a serious tone

"Hmmm you're lucas ? Is this a woman with the blood of life ? I want to taste a little of his blood." Answer one of the vampires

"Don't you dare approach her". Threaten Lucas

"Do we have to force? We just wanted to taste a little. But since you threatened us, you wanted to drain the woman's blood. " The two Vampires began to raise the intonation of their voices.

"Arhhh" lucas fell looking helpless

"Grace run run grace". Lucas said with a clean voice

Grace who had been silent at last without thinking long approached her wrist to the fangs of the lucas. Lucas, who initially refuses, sucks Grace's blood. After a few seconds Lucas' eyes turned red he roared like a possessed man. Grace backed away from Lucas. The two Vampires attacked Lucas again and with ease, Lucas broke the necks of the two Vampires.

"Arrrrrh" said Lucas

"Lucas Lucas Lucas" calls Grace with her hands still bleeding.

Lucas approached Grace and wrapped Grace's face with a handkerchief in his pocket.

"Thanks, it doesn't seem like I'm protecting you. But otherwise" whispered lucas in Grace's ear while wrapping Grace's hand.

after cleaning themselves up, Lucas drives Grace home to her residence, several times lucas looks at Grace's wrist guiltily.

Grace, who noticed it, looked directly at Lucas's face and said, " hey, I'm fine, don't feel guilty."

Lucas only smiled faintly, before Lucas left Grace he kissed Grace's forehead

"keep healthy well, oia tomorrow night don't wait for me because tomorrow me and the others will be foraging".

"hmm yeah okay.heart heart .oia don't suck human blood chick ya, find a male only." pinta Grace

Lucas who heard that chuckled as he pinched Grace's nose

"it's my man's jealousy".
