Rili was still accompanied by Alvin while waiting for his parents in the hospital. There was worry, anxiety, relief, all mixed together.

"You calm down. Everything's gonna be okay." Alvin rubbed Rili's shoulders while smiling trying to give her calm.

Rili took a long breath. He still remembered the sadistic events. "I can't imagine if Papi hadn't gotten that knife, maybe my finger would've been cut like a chicken claw."

Alvin was chuckling. Chicken claw? "Oo, I'll just cook it with soy sauce."

"Alvin!! Seriously too!"

A single hull now managed to pull Rili's body closer. "Yes, yeah. Sorry, I was a little late. My heart almost got a call from you."

A small nod accompanied Rizal's embrace. He now tightened his arms even with only one hand that was not injured. "I did a lot of deg-deg. Finally you see again, dear."

"Ehem.." One deheman from the doctor managed to take off the embrace of this husband and wife. "Congratulations.. The injuries didn't hit Miss Lisa's cornea. For the next simply do a routine compress and the drug is still taken until it runs out."

After leaving the room, Rizal's gaze was fixed on his daughter and the one human beside him. "Alvin, what are you doing?"
