Arsen relentlessly gripped Aurel's hand and kissed him, his cheeks and forehead also could not be separated from the man's kiss.

"Alright, if the problem is not for treason, then I will forgive you, as long as you are honest." Aurel replied instantly making Arsen's heart feel relieved.

Aurel nodded obediently, though his heart was so curious as to what secret was hidden from him.

After finishing the bath, Aurel brewed a cup of ginseng coffee for Arsen.

Now they sit relaxing on the balcony of the room while staring at the sparkle of lights Pekanbaru city.

Arsen embraces Aurel's body and kisses his forehead and lips, trying to breathe air whole-chested to supply oxygen so he can pour out everything.

Arsen did not want to keep everything, he hoped Aurel could understand and accept what it is. Aurel rests her head on Arsen's chest.

"Mommy and I moved to Malaysia with Daddy, and Haikal continued his studies until he became a Lecturer and served in the city."

"Yes, I was the one who asked Haikal to help me keep you in college, I know if you know for sure you won't accept my gift."

Aurel hugged Arsen again with tears, Arsen clutched his wife's body lovingly, he wanted to say about his illness but, it felt like he could not bear to see Aurel's sad face.

"Mas, is there anything else you're hiding from me? Tell me everything, Mom, I want to know. No one's covered up."

Arsen let out a long sigh, it was hard not to tell the truth when looking into those shady eyes, Arsen again prepared himself to say about his illness.

"Darling, I want to be honest about something, I hope you stay calm after knowing it. I want you to stay focused on your college graduation soon."

"What's that about, Mom?" Aurel asked worriedly.

"About my illness" answered Arsen pausing his words.

"Disease? What are you sick with?"

"I was sentenced to the doctor's kidney failure."

"Astaghfirullah." Aurel smothered his mouth as soon as his world stopped spinning. Her tears fell back.

"When, Mom? Why are you quiet, why are you hiding this from me?"

Arsen again brought Aurel into his arms, the woman looked so shocked that her body felt trembling.

Aurel felt a deep fear, because he imagined his late mother died due to kidney failure, he was afraid it would happen to the husband.

"You're evil, Mom, why are you hiding this, I'm so scared. Hicks..." Aurel's crying is getting louder.

"Shhhh... Honey, calm down, you promised to stay calm. You don't be like this. All diseases have a cure. I'll follow the doctor's advice to do a kidney graft."

Aurel was still crying in the arms of her husband, The man was still patient to make room for Aurel to feel relieved.

"Did Mommy and Daddy know about your illness?" Ask Aurel

"No, Honey. After you finish your graduation, we will go to Malaysia soon to do my treatment" explained Arsen

"Alright, we should hurry to do your treatment, I don't want us to procrastinate anymore."

"Yes, Honey. Anyway after your lecture is over, we leave immediately. Do you want to continue S2 in Malaysia, honey?"

"I'll go with you, Mommy."

"really?"

"True, I go wherever you go, anyway" Aurel replied seriously, as if he did not want to part with the husband.
