Chapter 7. The true feeling of Edo

In the car, driven by Edo and Jesicca. They're heading to the garage where Jesicca's car is. Edo drove with occasional glances at Jesicca, who was playing his phone. It is true the saying. "There is no pure friendship between a man and a woman! Surely one of the two will have a sense of more than just friends." And so did Edo. He loved Jesicca more than a friend. He fell in love at first sight, while Jesicca was working at Khendrik's company, exactly 1 year ago.

"I'm sorry, I was thinking the same financial data at the office. You see, there's a little problem" forced Edo to lie instead of him answering honestly, but Jesicca instead took to the streets.

"Hem .., next time don't daydream while driving. Danger Ed, we only have one life. If we crash and die, there's no way we can live again" Jesicca advised Edo.

"Ready Mistress, do it!" Edo saluted, like a soldier saluting his commander. He uttered with a big smile and displayed his row of white teeth. Handsome! a word that was worth saying to him.

"Ish, you're always kidding. I'm serious Ed." Jesicca poked her lips at Edo's joking response. Edo only responded with a smile, his hands outstretched to stroke Jesicca's head and scramble her hair slowly. He was anxious about Jesicca's attitude, which showed concern for him.

Jesicca, who was treated like that, was silent. It is undeniable that his heart warmed when he felt a soft touch from Edo. He always felt comfortable when he was around her. Maybe because he already considers Edo like his own brother. He does not want to interpret his comfortable feeling with an unnatural feeling. He had promised himself that he would never love Edo as a couple.

Not long after, the car they were riding in had arrived at the workshop where Jesicca's car was located. "Mas, is my car done in repair?" Jesicca asked one of the Employees at the workshop.

"Already ma'am, please get paid yes ma'am. I'm going to get the car out first" said the employee and stepped into the workshop to remove the Jesicca car that had been repaired since this morning.

After the workshop, Jesicca went home alone without being escorted by Edo. "Thank you, Ed, for giving me a ride" Jesicca said sincerely.

"Yes, same Jes. Relax, remember! It's not free! Don't forget the reward" said Edo with a suppressant, he blinked one eye.

The brilliance of the Stars, adorning the Sky with a thick night atmosphere. The moonlight shone brightly. The beautiful face of two women who were standing on the balcony of the room. Losing is one thing that is not expected by everyone. Moreover, losing the figure of a person who is very meaningful in our lives.

Which always makes our days colorful, gives unlimited happiness and love. After the figure left, then only sadness and regret were felt. Sad because in the future we will not be able to meet again. Perhaps only in different realms could encounter them. Regret that while they are still there, they cannot give something valuable that can make them happy.

"Are they happy there? While we are here very sad and miss them very much" Jessica said in a raucous voice.

Hearing the brother's words, made Liora feel sad. He drew closer and embraced Jessica with affection. "They must be happy Brother, seeing us up to this point. We made it through the hardest things in our lives after their departure." Liora said softly without letting go of her embrace. He knew that his brother was saddened by the passing of his parents. And so does she, who feels more loss.

"We have to prove that we can boast of them, brother. Don't let them see us who are this crybaby," said Liora chuckled, She broke her embrace from her sister. "Sister, remember, there's still me. We fought together! Brother now has succeeded, I will finish my education. After that, I will apply for a job at the company where my sister works. So that we are both independent," said Liora confidently.

Jessica is sure. He was very lucky to have a sister like Liora, who always understood him. He is more eager to work for their future.
