Seeing that Verdi was silent without saying a word, the policeman brought himself closer to Verdi's right ear as he was near Verdi's ear. The policeman whispered to Verdi in a serious and resolute tone.
"Why? Is it confusing to find another reason?" ask the policeman to Verdi who just kept silent without saying a word. "Are you ready for your big secret to be revealed? Ready or unprepared, you must accept that you are the murderer of your own stepfather!."
Hearing that Verdi who felt that he was not the murderer, you were immediately angry and upset. He immediately hit the table in front of him and then got up from his seat. With bulging eyes, and full of emotion he refused and dodged that he had killed Mister.
"I'm not a murderer, sir, cop!" verdi said, yelling at the police to reject the police's words firmly and seriously. The policeman who heard the scene with all his might slapped Verdi on the cheek until Verdi turned his face away from the policeman.
"Listen to me, don't you dare dare yell at me. If you yell at me, it's a sign that you're the perpetrator of your stepfather's disappearance!" the policeman turned angry with Verdi. The heated debate between Verdi and the policeman seemed to have begun. But at that time the heated conflict between the police and Verdi suddenly subsided because Verdi chose to calm down so as not to be ignited emotions. Seeing that Verdi was calm and the policeman was also calm, the policeman sat Verdi in his chair again and not long after, the policeman also sat in the chair in front of Verdi. He sat down in front of Verdi casually, then he drank the water that had been prepared from the beginning by the men of the police who interrogated Verdi.
At that time, Verdi looked very thirsty. Sometimes he looked at the drinking water of the policeman by swallowing his own saliva. Realizing that Verdi was thirsty, the policeman gave Verdi drinking water by asking his men to get it. The police officer, who realized that he had been ordered to fetch water for Verdi, left without saying a word.
"Why Mr Verdi? Are you thirsty?" the policeman asked in a tone like he was mocking Verdi. Verdi who saw it was silent with a sharp eye looked at the policeman and occasionally gulped his saliva back.
Not long after, the police officers came and brought a glass of water to Verdi. The policeman put the glass in front of Verdi and the police. Verdi who was already very thirsty, without thinking long he immediately grabbed the glass and drank it even scattered to where.
"Are you so thirsty? Even drinking your glass of water like a dog until it's like that!" the police said in a derogatory tone to Verdi. Verdi who at that time wanted to fight he tried hard to hold back his emotions and not get caught up in anger.
"Well, if you're done drinking it's time for me to come back!" said the policeman then he turned the glass and threw it against the wall until it broke into pieces. Seeing that, Verdi and the police officers looked very surprised as well as the people who were outside the interrogation room. They were very surprised by the police attitude.
"Where did you dump your stepfather's body?" the police said in a stern tone because he knew there was a connection between Verdi and his missing stepfather.
Hearing that, the policeman looked very upset and angry because he saw that Verdi was not honest with him. Suddenly, he who had been ignited by emotion immediately brought his body closer to Verdi's body and pulled Verdi's collar. With a serious look and without a sharp eye the police officer gritted Verdi so that Verdi admitted that he had killed his stepfather. Verdi, who feels he is not the killer, remains adamant about his opinion that he did not kill his stepfather.
The policeman who heard it was really very angry and very emotional to hear it. In order for Verdi to admit that he had killed his stepfather, the police occasionally slapped Verdi for Verdi to tell him the truth.
When Verdi received the first slap, Verdi still had not said the truth, however, he then slaps Verdi a second time until Verdi turns his face away but Verdi keeps hiding that he knows about the death of his stepfather. The policeman who was very tired of gritting Verdi to confess, finally he chose to stay in his seat with his eyes constantly looking at Verdi. Verdi who saw it, he only held his cheek which was slapped by the policeman.
His eyes continued to look at the policeman sharply. He then brought himself closer to the policeman and removed his cheek which received the slap.
"Until now, I will never admit that I am the murderer of my stepfather. All right, you're right that my stepfather added that he's dead. But, the person who killed my stepfather was not me, there was someone else who killed my father. He did this because he wanted revenge," Verdi replied in a serious tone and looked at the policeman seriously.
Hearing that, the policeman looked very surprised. No exception, his men who looked very surprised by the remark. At that time the police still did not believe what Verdi said. He thought he was saying this to cover up his mistake.
Verdi, knowing that the police still do not believe in him, tries to convince him. However, a heated debate ensued that led the police who interrogated Verdi to pull out a gun at Verdi and almost shot Verdi. However, fortunately one of the people outside the room rushed into the room to separate Verdi and the policeman who was involved in a fight.
At that time Verdi was seen battered by the policeman. It even looks like he can't get up. When the policeman came out of the room, the policeman was immediately called by the police leader who was on duty at the time. The police who realized he was called by his superiors because he fought with Verdi finally he berlapang chest to accept that would be angered by him.
Inside the room, Verdi was seen still lying on the floor because he was beaten by the policeman. Then, not long after the woman who took the evidence in the secret room helped Verdi get up from his bed and gave Verdi painkillers.
Verdi, who had been helped by the policewoman, was silent and very grateful to the police woman.
