Departure

Today was the day Yun Yi's departure went to the ruins. However, Guang Luo could not pick up Yun Yi and he did not mind that either.

His teacher said he would wait at the border of Ming Kingdom, precisely in Huo village. The distance between the Xi Empire and the Ming Kingdom was quite far. But not as far between the Xi Empire and the Wu Empire.

Yun Yi's eyebrows shot up in agony at Guan Yin's words. "What why?"

Looking at his lowered Grandma, Yun Yi paused his intention to open the painting here. He stored it into the world of space and hugged Guan Yin.

"Grandma don't cry, I won't go because of Grandma." Yun Yi patted Guan Yin on the back.

Guan Yin took off Yun Yi's embrace then held her shoulder. "Why Grandma?"

"It's because of Grandma, if Grandma's still crying I won't go."

Guan Yin chuckled, he wiped away the traces of his tears that had come out. "Good, look. Now Grandma is no longer crying, so you should leave as soon as possible. Later fear you can not stay at the inn but in the forest."

"No problem, even in the woods I can still sleep." Yun Yi said.

"This is you!" Yun Yi laughed happily when he saw the look on Guan Yin's annoyed face.

They walked out of the Yun Yi Pavilion which the King followed from behind.

It just so happened that Lan Mei had already finished packing, so now they were about to leave immediately.

The trip this time was only Yun Yi, King Xin, Lan Mei and Shen. Yun Yi and Lan Mei were sitting inside the carriage. As well as King Xin and Shen who were riding horses.  There were really no soldiers or bodyguards brought, either from General Huang or King Xin. Then where's the coachman? No, there's no coachman. King Xin placed a spiritual Horse that could understand human speech to pull Yun Yi's carriage.

This horse is very smart and obedient. So they do not need a ksuir, just order them to use speech.

But in the shadows, many eyes followed them. Of course, they were subordinates of King Xin who was extremely strong and reliable. King Xin couldn't really not bring any security.

Yun Yi initially wanted to take the horse, but King Xin did not allow it. If Yun Yi wanted to ride a horse then he would be on the same horse as King Xin.

Yun Yi waved his hand out the window as the carriage had already started walking away from Huang Fu. Yun Yi was already impatient to see the new place he was going to, would there be as many different kinds of beautiful places as in his old world? Or what?

This time the trip was spent in silence. No one is talking. Yun Yi was now only reading books while eating his snacks.

When that loud voice sounded. The horse that King Xin and Shen were riding on was shocked. And becoming uncontrollable, fortunately King Xin quickly pulled the reins of his horse, so that now his horse had calmed down somewhat.
