"Somach...my stomach... ah.... pain ah...." Shouted Gladys while holding his stomach. Now her tears had flowed down her cheeks. She cried so much, not because she endured the pain in her stomach but because she remembered what had happened between her and Leon. Leon who suddenly asked to break up from her for no apparent reason.

Mikael who saw Gladys constantly crying made him panic and confused what to do to calm Gladys, until he remembered what Doctor Nano said to him yesterday.

Mikael quickly picked up his phone he put last night on his bedside nightstand to call Doctor Nano.

"What do you feel?" Ask Doctor Nano.

"My stomach feels pain wrapped around Doc, like it wants BAB but it's not." Gladys.

"Do you have any restrictions in food?" Ask Doctor Nano.

"No Doc."

"Have you experienced this kind of pain before or your parents?"

"I've never experienced Doc. If it's my parents, as far as I know they don't have any disease." replied Gladys.

Doctor Nano only responded to Gladys' answer with a nod of his head.

"Sir Mika can we talk for a while outside?" Ask doctor Nano.

"Yes Doc, come on." Take Mikael.

Now they are in the living room.

Bi Jum came to serve coffee to Doctor Nano and his Master.

"What does the doctor want to say?" Ask Mikael.

" I'm sorry before, did Miss Gladys ever have or was having problems that caused her stress?" Doctor Nani asked a little doubtfully.

"Are you feeling better?" Ask Mikael.

"I've sent Teddy here to redeem your prescription for the drug." Mikael.

"You don't have to feel sad. What do you want to eat again? Let me get Bi Jum masakin or buy some food outside?"

Gladys forced a smile on his lips. "No need my sister Mika no longer hungry."

"I want to ask Mika." Gladys asked permission first.

"Ask me."

"Because I feel safer in my apartment, I can take care of you. I'm more confident that Doctor Nano is examining you." Answer Mikael.

"I also don't want you to meet again with that jerk who will make you more hurt" he added in his heart.

"Why would Sister Mika take care of me?" Ask Gladys in wonder.

"Because you're my girlfriend, so I should've taken care of you." Answer Mikael.

"I understand Sister Mika, I will try to get well soon so that we can carry out our agreement and not bother Sister Mika again."

He went down the bed and stepped closer to the long sofa located near the super-large window just wanting to see the beautiful cityscape. But instead of Gladys feeling happy because he could enjoy the view of the city, his tears just flowed down his cheeks. Gladys body suddenly limp, he sat his body slowly onto the long sofa right beside him standing.

"Did everything really end between us? without you explaining to me the reason you suddenly say.. hiks.... hyks...." Gladys muttered bitterly, he came back crying.

"I still love you so much, Leon. I think that if we were both predestined by God to be together, you even promised papa and eomma to keep looking after me after they did not approve of our relationship. Is your promise a fake? Or have you forgotten that promise? hiks.... hiks... hiks..." murmured Gladys who recalled persuading his parents that they would approve of his relationship with Leon.

Gladys heart really hurt like there was a knife slashing him, the sound of his crying getting louder. Doubles of tears kept coming out from both his eyes soaking his cheeks.

"Are you planning to break up with me?" Gladys asked, recalling the day before Leon asked to break up with him, Leon's sudden nature changed for him. The man became quiet and cold to Gladys.

"Did our 3 years together mean nothing to you? You were the first person to teach me to fall in love, teaching me to have a special relationship with men but you also taught me heartbreak. I HATE YOU."

Gladys forcibly pulled the love-shaped necklace with an initial letter engraving of their names that lay in the lehwr of the level until it was cut off and threw it in every place. The necklace was given by Leon during their third anniversary the day before their departure to Indonesia.

Mikael who heard a screaming voice from inside his room immediately entered, he was afraid that Gladys was doing what he did not want.

"Gladys" called Mikael who saw Gladys had been sitting on the floor hugging her legs, with quick steps she approached Gladys and sat right beside Gladys.

"Gladys, hey. You why? Think about that jerk again?" Ask Mikael gently.

"What is this broken heart?" Ask Gladys.

Mikael really did not stop to see Gladys who continued to suffer. Gladys unstable emotions made him worry.

"Hey, look at me please." Mikael held onto Gladys cheeks and turned Gladys' gaze to her.

"You don't have to think about that guy anymore. It's no use. It is precisely you who are losing, you waste energy and thoughts to think about it but not necessarily he also thinks of you, thinks of your feelings." It was clearly Mikael who was trying to make Gladys feel calm.

Mikael carried Gladys into his arms, he gently rubbed the woman's hair.

Somehow Gladys felt protected and felt a little calmer in Mikael's arms.
