RACE WORLD. CHAPTER 22

Morcant who heard Leona's explanation stared flatly, not believing what she said.

"Is that really how it happened?" morcant asked, keeping them quiet.

Leona who did not want to be caught lying immediately replied, "Your Majesty, everything I said is true. The girl has made trouble with me" he said with a sad face.

Instead of Morcant giving spats, he ignored and now asked Anggeline. "Is it really like that?"

"Do you believe it?" instead of Anggeline answering the question, he now asked back.

Hearing the girl's question that attracted him, Morcant was silent. Look at him with a view that cannot be explained. And then I turned to Leona.

Some of the people in the room were silent and whispered to each other. There was a fear of hearing their king's threat, for they believed the threat must have been no joke.

Long enough Morcant waited for someone to speak, but still no one spoke, Morcant could not resist his frustration. "Didn't you hear what I said?" he said with a slightly raised voice, making many people instantly frightened. They know what their king is like. There is no way his speech was just a joke, surely what he said earlier about will give punishment to those who know the incident, will happen. And if that really happened, only death would they accept.

"Quick! There's no time for me to stay here" he continued with an already creepy face. He was angry because no one told him honestly what happened. And if still no one says it, already in make sure the woman who can make him interested will get in trouble.

Hearing the high tone and angry face of his king, everyone immediately knelt in fear.

"Punish us, Your Majesty," said everything but not with Anggeline still standing in front of Morcant.

The young man who was always with Morcant saw Angeline not kneeling like them, looking at her silently. But in his heart he wondered with the attitude of Anggeline. So isn't that obvious? Thinking about Anggeline's attitude really confused her.

Morcant who saw Leona's body trembling because it had just been snapped by his subordinates, looked up at Javier who was now staring at Leona sharply.

"Why are you yelling at him?" her question was as if defending Leona.
