The nurse immediately helped Karina and the young man to raise Arman's body onto the hospital bench and push him away. Karina and some of the young men pushed Arman to the front door of the operating room.

"Just here, you wait outside" prevented the nuns who prevented Karina and the young man from entering the room by banishing them with both hands.

They also obeyed the nurse. The doctor immediately entered the operating room. A few hours of operation was not completed. Karina paced back and forth in front of the operating room door like an iron.

"Karina we say go home first well, if there is anything to tell us, it's 2 o'clock because we want to sahur so go home first," said Si B.

"Thank you bro for his help, without you I would not have been able to take Mr. Arman to the hospital" Karina said thankfully to the young man.

"Sama-sama bro, we are going home, assalamu alaikum," they said compactly.

"This is the same wallet as the master who was in the accident" said Si A while pushing the object into Karina's hand.

"Waalaikumsalam, be careful well," Karina said with a smile.

Karina had hugged her body that had shivered from the cold, all the clothes Karina was wearing were soaked.

"It'll be dry, too, but how do I dial your family number. Arman huh? I don't know with the key code hpnya Mr. Arman," said Karina.

Karina sometimes stands sometimes sitting on a special bench waiting for patients. Karina wants to find food for Sahur but because Karina does not bring money, Karina is forced to drink only water.

Karina walked to the hospital resto and asked for help to be given water to just block her stomach and as her food.

"Mbak can ask for help, for a glass of water well Ma'am, just a little as long as there is," said Karina who hopes to get water to be consumed as her sahur.

The resto keeper noticed Karina from head to toe, "Beautiful but unfortunately poor and asked, just mineral water alone she could not afford any more fine clothes," his mind while shaking his head.

"I'm sorry there's nothing free here, Ma'am, so please look elsewhere" he said and gently chased Karina away.

Karina walked straight towards the exit. It's past 3 o'clock, but Karina hasn't sahur either. Karina checked her pants pocket because it was remembered that this afternoon there was a buyer who gave herself more money than the normal price of the cake she sold. And by repeatedly checking all her pants pockets and fortunately there was a piece of money it was wet with two thousand rupiahs.

Karina walked towards the back of the hospital and looked for food or drink vendors who were priced according to the money she held. Karina was now already standing in front of the small stall. Then buy mineral water in plastic cups and the rest a packet of bread.

"Glass water packs are just as much bread" Karina said as she thrust the money toward the guard's father.

The father held the money given by Karina and immediately looked at Karina. Karina unintentionally looked at the direction of the father.

"Sorry, sir, the money was wet, because I drove a sick friend to the hospital just riding a motorcycle so my clothes were wet" explained Karina.

"You can get sick son if you keep wearing those clothes" said the father as he passed into his stall.

Karina sat down and enjoyed her sahur meal. Karina remained grateful even though she only ate potluck sahur only. The owner of the Warung walked towards Karina with a sheet of sarong.

"This is a glove you can wear, so that your body is not too cold" he added.

"Father does not need to bother really, I can still hold the pack" said Karina who refused subtly because she did not want to bother others.

"It's okay, son, if you don't want to take it assume you borrow it so if you have a new time you come back here," said the father who forced Karina to take it.

"Because you forced me to take this holster," Karina added with a sweet smile towards the father.

"If you had a son, I would have paired him with my son, unfortunately, there were no girls with forced smiles," the father smiled in a knot.

"Thank you so much Sir, I'm sorry because my friend is in surgery, Assalamu Alaikum," said Karina who said goodbye to the father.

Karina held the glove and walked back towards the operating room. And it turns out that Arman is still not done in surgery. Karina also wears her scabbard due to the cold and sits in the waiting chair. Karina slept on the bench.

After a while, the operation was completed and went well. The nurse came out to look for the whereabouts of the person who delivered the patient. The nurse smiled looking at Karina who was fast asleep on the long chair.
