Qiara and His Waiting
18. Requesting Permission
Shortly after his parents returned, Putra waited for Qiara to return home. The distance of Qiara's house to her new home is only a few minutes away. For the sake of Qiara he was willing to buy a house adjacent to Qiara's house because Qiara could not be far from her mother.
"Let's go yuk first" Qiara asked.
"It was night soon" replied the Son.
"Eh you guys are home" said Mama Qiara.
"Sorry yes aunt a little night came home last night I invited Qiara to stop by the house to meet the father of the same mother" said Putra who explained the reason they came home late.
"Oh so mama's son has met with prospective in-laws neh story" sedoda mama.
"Mom what the hell is not that far away ma" replied Qiara timidly.
"If I may want to talk to om and aunt but if om and aunt have time" said Putra ventured to talk to mama Qiara.
"Oh okay, but wait a minute, papa Qiara is still praying" replied Mama "Mama in first, see papa you may have finished praying".
Qiara could only look at the Son questioningly. Especially what he planned today. It had made Qiara panic until she was pale now ask to talk to her parents. Perhaps Putra wanted to express his intention to propose to Qiara to make Qiara his wife. But what should be so soon even they have not even a month of dating. Ah it's up to say what his parents want to say anyway he's also good to justify their relationship and as the parents say the sooner the better.
"There's what the Son said he wanted to talk to you and aunt" said Papa Qiara while sitting in the front seat of the Son.
"He was actually before I went home Qiara I asked to meet my parents" replied the Son.
"Good dong means your parents can get to know Qiara first right".
"We also agree that with your relationship only Qiara will soon be the thesis only a few months away from completion of her studies" said Mama Qiara in response to the words of the Son.
"My goal is to talk to om and aunt to ask permission can I marry Qiara as soon as possible?" The son without hesitation expressed his intentions.
Qiara could not say anything more. He wanted to jump because he was too happy but on the one hand he had not heard the answer from his parents whether they allowed the Son not to marry him.
"Where's Qiara?Do you want to accept the Son's proposal?" ask Papa Qiara.
Qiara could not say anything just looking at her as if asking for an answer from her mother.
"If mama is up to you just want you to go through and mama as a parent only supports and wishes the best for you" mama Qiara said as she held Qiara's hand and occasionally stroked her.
"Qiara it's up to you if you agree that Qiara will accept" Qiara replied with teary eyes.
"Okay om agree with your choice because it is not good to also date too long" replied Papa Qiara with a smile.
"So can I marry Qiara before Qiara finishes her studies?" ask the Son enthusiastically.
"On condition that you should not tell Qiara to stop her lecture" Papa Qiara said firmly.
"Thank you aunt" Son kissed Papa and Mama Qiara's hand.
Qiara was relieved by her papa's reply which gave her the condition not to stop her from attaining her bachelor's degree. Qiara has tried hard to achieve his title and what happens if one step further towards his title must be extinct because of marriage.
