Mei's stomach is getting bigger. The expected day finally arrived as well. Zack and Mei had previously decided this day as the day of their children's birth. Last month, they held a gender reveals event at their home. And at the party it was announced that their three children were male.
So today the rooms for their children have been prepared and decorated in all blue and white. All equipment is also complete. They do not buy everything, some of the equipment is presented by their friends.

They arrived at the Winata family hospital. The nurses who were on guard directed them to the 5th floor of this hospital, the floor where the VVIP treatment room was located. Usually only used for the Winata Family, because Zack is his best friend Dave huh so he can use it.
"May it's comfortable?" ask Mama Fang.
"Already, ma!" may replied, her lying position is comfortable.
"If you want to go to the bathroom say yes, baby! Let us help!" sahut Mama Emmy's.
Zack held Mei's hand. Until the doctors and nurses arrive to prepare Mei, Zack holds Mei's hand.
"Excite yes, baby!" Mama Fang kissed Mei.
May will now be taken to the operating room. Mama Emmy also kissed Mei on the forehead. Zack escorts Mei until the operation door is opened. Then Zack was taken by a nurse.
"Sir is not allowed to enter now, later if it is time we will call, sorry!" nurse said.
"Okay" Zack said.
Before he temporarily parted ways with Mei, Zack dyed May's entire face and ended up long on May's lips.
"You can do it, baby! I'm always with you, waiting for you here!" shrewd Zack.
Mei nodded. Zack let go of his hand. And the operation door is closed perfectly. Zack waits outside along with Mama Fang and Mama Emmy.
"Why is it so long?" Zack started pacing.

"It was only 10 minutes ago that May walked into the operating room!" Mama Emmy is yelling at Zack's head.
Mama Fang laughed.
"I'm worried ma, I'm worried.... " Zack.
Zack pacing in front of the operating room. Then every 10 minutes he would complain why so long. Just like that, until a nurse came out of the operating room.
"Mr Zack please come in!" said it.
Zack was enthusiastic, he was about to enter. But his hands were blocked by Mama Emmy and Mama Fang.
"Why are you under arrest now?" zack Protest.
"Are you sure you'll be strong inside?" ask Mama Fang.
Zack nodded.
"Don't faint inside, Zack! You'll just be troublesome and embarrassing in there. If you don't get strong, wave your hands to the window, mom will drag you!" sahut Mama Emmy's.
Zack pout.
"I'm strong, ma! I'll accompany Mei! Yes, I'm going in!" zack said with confidence.
Eventually Zack is released, and is allowed to enter. Mama Emmy and mama Fang can only pray now that Zack doesn't faint. Zack followed the nurse who called him earlier. Zack is assisted by using sterile clothes, headgear, and also a mask.
As soon as he entered, Zack immediately rushed towards Mei. He deliberately did not see the part of the stomach that was bounded by green cloth. Zack was only focused on Mei's face.
"I love you, baby! You can definitely..." Zack crouched down and kissed Mei's face.

"Our baby, baby! You heard that, our first baby was born! I love you.." said Zack happily.

May can talk, move her hands. Only the stomach down is numb. Enthusiastic Zack stood tall and looked up at his son who was being cleaned. Directly, Zack sees her baby's blood-stained body and May's dissected abdomen.
