05.The Part2 Hit-and-Rail Case

Brian interrogated two eyewitnesses who where the two men clearly saw the hit-and-run incident.

"Please explain what you see?".Brian pointed to the person with the initials F.

"I happened to be walking behind the victim,he walked with a woman.His female friend was pleased to go to the public toilet.While the victim did not wait for his girlfriend he continued his steps to cross this sidewalk.The condition of the road was very quiet not many vehicles on the road.But, he continued his steps to cross this sidewalk,suddenly a motorcyclist drove very fast from the east and hit the victim without stopping the motor after him, but I couldn't go after him because he drove very fast to the west while I just ran. It does not seem to be an accidental look from his movements.But, sorry sir I can not recognize the face of the perpetrator.Because he is wearing a helmet". "Continue now where's the victim's girlfriend? Is he here?". Brian asked again.

"Sorry sir I did not see it again.Just I myself was after the incident looking for the woman and confused again if she is her friend why she does not exist.Because after it happened here very crowded with people who try but I remember the clothes he was wearing, he was wearing a yellow jacket and black trending pants and his hair was long straight in a high tie. The police officer can ask the guard of the public toilet!Maybe you know where that woman went?".Witness initials F designate eyewitness initials R.

Brian looked at an eyewitness with the initials R.

"Sorry sir, do you know where the woman wearing the yellow jacket and black trending pants, the long straight-haired high-tiered one went after coming out of the toilet?".Brian asked the eyewitness initials R.

"The woman came out of the toilet 5 minutes before the incident.It looks like the woman went to the toilet not to defecate, because it was fitting he came out of the toilet looks busy with his cellphone.But, the woman was not,the woman went to Cafe xxx next to the public toilet. While the victim seems to be going to a coffee shop on the sidewalk.Moreover I don't know".Eyewitness explanation initials R.

"So said the initial witness F. The victim was walking with a woman,said the initial witness R the woman went to Cafe xxx next to the public toilet.If indeed the woman was her friend the victim why the place they stopped at was different? And now the woman seemed not to know her friend had been a hit-and-run victim.Are you sure the woman was the victim's friend?".Brian asked with the conclusions of the explanations of the two eyewitnesses to this witness F.

"I'm sure sir !".Answer the initial witness F firmly.

"What's the reason?".Brian asked again.

"Because I saw clearly they walked together and chatted like a lover's partner sir".Witness F answered with confidence.

"Good! Then does anyone else know that the woman stopped by Cafe xxx ?". Brian asked the witness initials R.

"Father can ask the guards Cafe xxx it! He was on duty at the time".This witness R answered convincingly.

"Well, you two please follow me to meet with the security guard at Cafe xxx!".Brian walked towards Cafe xxx by commanding the two witnesses.

The two men walked following Brian very obediently.They had already arrived in front of the entrance of Cafe xxx.

"Good morning sir ! I'm sorry, police officer, can I help you?".The security guard asked immediately realizing a policeman and the two people behind him were staring at him.

"Good Morning, too, security guard! I'd like to ask if you see a woman wearing a yellow jacket, black trending pants and her hair long straight in a high tie coming to this Cafe?".Brian asked in a stern tone typical of a policeman.

"So morning I saw him coming here, but he was gone before long".The guard replied calmly.

"Where and with whom did he go?".Brian asked again.

"He took a taxi alone heading towards the center of the city of his cowrites, the rest I'm sorry I don't know sir. Was he involved in a hit-and-run case this morning, sir?".

The security guard again asked curiously .

"Do you remember that taxi license plate?". Brian again asked without regard to the security guard's question earlier.

"That's him, the cab that brought the woman!". The security guard pointed to the taxi that came and parked on the shoulder of the road.

"really? Are you sure?".Brian tried to convince.

"Taxi sir was always going to stay here, I happen to be quite familiar with the taxi driver".The guard answered with confidence.

"Sorry sir! Is our business so hard to finish?".Shouted the two people who were still trailing Brian.

Brian's steps stopped, then turned the body.

"You guys still following me? Your business is done for now.Testimony and data both of you have been recorded.So, if you are still in need for this case we the police will contact you.Thank you!".Brian smiled and nodded his head away from the two eyewitnesses.

The two witnesses passed hoping for no more involvement with the case.

Brian had arrived in front of the taxi that was appointed by the security guard earlier.Brian knocked on the glass taxi repeatedly.

"Tok.tok..tok..button! Tok...tok..but.tok!".

The taxi driver was shocked to wake up from his sleep.He looked up at the glass, the driver was increasingly shocked to see who was knocking on the glass of his car was a police officer.

Huh! The cops? Wh why? What wrong? Do I have to ticket? What why? I didn't make a mistake. The taxi driver was busy with his mind guessing what the reason the police came to him.

"Hey,driver! Did you hear me?". Brian chuckled at the expression on the confused and frightened face of the taxi driver.

"Iiiiiya sir !". The driver answered stammering with nervousness and opened the windshield.

"Why are you nervous sir? Have you made a mistake? So you're afraid to see me here?".Brian felt like laughing even angry because it was not the first time if he approached and invited to talk to someone that person must be nervous and scared.

"That's exactly it sir! The feeling, I did not make a mistake.But, the father seemed to catch me.Bapak made me nervous and afraid sir".The taxi driver replied while bowing his head.

"Can you get out of the car sir? I want to talk to you!".Brian smiled politely.

"Ba..good sir!". The driver opened the car door and got out."Can I help you sir?". The taxi driver tried to dare to ask.

"Is this morning a woman wearing a yellow jacket, black trending pants and long hair in a high tie getting into my dad's taxi?". Brian asked with a sharp look.

"I just dropped him off sir.What's the matter, sir?Is he a criminal?" . The driver again asked with a thousand curious things on his head and closed his mouth because he realized the question was very presumptuous to have accused the woman.

"The woman was likely involved with the hit-and-run case this morning.Where did you drive the woman sir?".Brian stared at the taxi driver.

Why is this cop looking at me like that? Your gaze scared me sir, even almost killed me .How horrifying. The taxi driver was busy with his thoughts.

"Hey sir!!! I asked you. Why are you even dumbass?".Brian snaps at the driver.

"Ma.sorry sir! I drove him to the Mall, Mr. Mall, right big sir, can we find the woman sir?".The driver asked with innocence.

"of course. Thanks for the information, I'm sorry". Brian nodded his head and rushed away.

"How?". The driver was curious.

Stupid..dumbass! Brian ignored the driver's question. He continued his steps towards his motorcycle.
