**THE DIRECTION THAT IS EXPRESSED IS NOT A RELIEF
BUT ON THE CONTRARY, THE ANGER THAT IS FORGOTTEN WILL MAKE A PERSON EXPERIENCE
CONTRITION.
'Prophet SAW said, Strong people are not good at wrestling. A strong person is one who is able to hold himself back in times of anger. (CHR. Al Bukhari).'
'From Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu ‘anhu said, a man said to the Prophet shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, “Give me a will.” He replied, “Don't you be angry.” The man repeated his request, (however) Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam (always) replied, “Do not be angry.” (CHR. Bukhari) [SN. Bukhari, no. 6116**] *

The scorching rays of the sun burst into the house impolitely through the window making the face exposed to the light feel disturbed, his eyebrows frowned he was hitting the light with his hands.

(If one of you is angry, shut up.” (CHR. Ahmad, 1:239. Shaykh Shu’aib Al-Arnauth said that this sanad hadith hasan lighairihi).
Change positions
(If one of you is angry when you stand up, then sit down. If the anger is gone (that's enough). But if it does not disappear anyway then lie down.” (CHR. Abu Daud, no. 4782. Al-Hafizh Abu Thahir said that this hadith is shahih).
Take the water wudhu
(The anger is from Satan and the devil is created from fire. The fire will be extinguished with water. When one of you is angry, it should be ablution.” (CHR. Abu Daud, no. 4784. Al-Hafizh Abu Thahir said that the sanad hadith is hasan).
Remember the Prophet's will of Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam and his promise
(From Mu’adz radhiyallahu ‘anhu, Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
مَنْ كَظَمَ غَيْظاً وَهُوَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى أَنْ يُنَفِّذهُ دَعَأهُ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَى رُؤُوْسِ الْخَلاَئِقِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يُخَيِّرَهُ مِنَ الْحُوْرِ مَا شَاءَ
“Whoever withholds his anger when he is able to vent it, God will call him before the creatures on the Day of Resurrection to give him the choice of angel he wants.” (CHR. Abu Daud, no. 4777; Ibn Majah, no. 4186. Al-Hafizh Abu Thahir said that this hadith is sanadnya hasan)
From Abu Ad-Darda’ radhiyallahu ‘anhu, he said, “O Prophet of Allah show me a practice that can include in heaven.” Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam then bersabda,
لاَ تَغْضَبْ وَلَكَ الْجَنَّةُ
“Do not be angry, then for you heaven.” (CHR. Thabrani in Al-Kabir. See Shahih At-Targhib wa At-Tarhib, this hadith shahih lithairihi).
