The man let go of his giggling and threw Liona's body until it slammed against the wall and left her sprawled. Liona whimpered in pain feeling her spine being hit hard. The man stepped closer and crouched down in front of Liona. A knife removed from the man's pants pocket sent Liona into a panic.
"No! Nay! Please tell Morgan I'm sorry."
Liona's body trembled in fear. But the man in front of her did not feel sorry for her at all. His thin lips grinned with murderous eyes.
"Hemh. You are a beautiful woman. But why would Mr Morgan want to kill you? What mistake did you make?" said the man while playing his knife carving something on Liona's right cheek.
Liona's tears were unceasingly flowing down her cheeks. Liona rolled her eyeballs trying to find an escape gap.
Bugh! Liona threw a sharp punch right into the man's left eye.
"Argh! Sia*l*n!" the man was upset.
Liona dashed to the exit. His hands shook as he was about to open the door algae. Somehow the door could not open even though Liona tried to open it violently.
Pyars! A glass floated up and hit Liona's head. The man did not lose his mind as Liona tried to run away from him and moved quickly the man threw the glass on the table. Now Liona fell limply but her consciousness was still in control. Plaque! The slap landed on Liona's cheek.
"Please! Help me!" cry Liona.
The man immediately silenced Liona's mouth with his hands tightly.
"Your head is big too! I'll teach you a lesson for daring to hit me!"
Dugh! The man banged Liona's head against the wall violently. Plaque plaque! Followed by a slap several times. Liona could only resign herself and cry withstanding the pain.
Drrrtt...! Unfinished with the action, the phone vibrated from the man's pants pocket. He stopped his action and grabbed his phone.
"Let's go soon! The lights will soon be on. I can't hold it much longer!" said the man from inside the cell phone.
"Shit! All right I'll be right away."
The connection was cut off, the man looked back at Liona who was still trembling and crying.
"You're lucky tonight! I actually didn't intend to kill you. I was only given the order to avenge your actions on the girl named Ana. Don't make a mistake the second time. Remember that!" threaten the man with emphasis.
Liona simply nodded and the man left in the darkness.
"Hiks... hiks! Watch out for you Ana! Because of you I've had all this bad luck!"

Flashbacks
5 Hours earlier, in Neysa's car.
Neysa's driving in the rain that's hitting the city tonight.
"Have you treated your wounds?" neysa asked without looking.
"Already, Mr. Morgan was treating my wounds this afternoon. It's better now."
"Sir Morgan? Does he know what you're doing with Jordan?"
Ana nodded."Yes he knows. Why the hell?"
Neysa sighed and threw it away violently.
"He knows you've been dating Jordan but he's still being nice to you? Wow. I was amazed by him. If only such a man had approached me I wouldn't have wasted the opportunity."
Neysa's remarks were like subtle innuendos directed at Ana. But Ana just smiled at him.
"Emh. After this I'll cook your favorite shrimp stir fry for dinner. I want to stay at your house tonight, right?" said Ana to shift the subject.
"House? Wiihh. I love shrimp. Okay-okay I happen to have some shrimp stock in the fridge," Neysa said happily.
Neysa is unaware that Ana is trying to outwit their conversation and Ana succeeds.

Morgan Narendra
"What about your duty? Did you do well?" morgan asked the two men in front of him.
Morgan smiled satisfied with the work of his men. He was furious when he heard that Liona dared to hurt the woman he loved.
"Never touch my woman again! I will continue to protect her at all times" Morgan said in his heart.
"This is your pay. I doubled it up and got out of here."
Morgan threw two thick envelopes at the two men. With a bright face, the two men checked the contents of the brown envelope and smiled broadly.
"Thank you Mister. Excuse me."
The two men walked away feeling happy. Morgan grabbed his phone making a call to someone.
Tuuuuutttt.
"Hello. Good night, sir."
"Reza I want to give you an important assignment."
"Okay sir, what should I do?"
"I want you to keep an eye on a woman named Liona. After this I will send you an email about his identity. Watch his every move and report to me as much detail as possible."
"I understand well."

Next morning.
Ziko had parked her car in the basement of an apartment. Today she had made an appointment with Liona to meet at her apartment this morning. Ziko steps up to Liona's apartment on the third floor.
Ting. tong.... ting!
Cklek! The door opened without waiting for long. Ziko smiled as Liona opened the door but her smile sank when she saw Liona's face bruised everywhere.
"Liona what's wrong with you?!"
Liona did not reply and only sobbed softly while lowering her head.
"Let's tell me Liona. Who did this to you? I'll make a lawsuit against him."
Ziko was very surprised by what she saw. He watched carefully the remnants of violence that still imprint in some parts of the body. Liona looked weak and pale. Ziko swiftly swept Liona into the living room and sat her down slowly.
"Liona calm yourself and look at me."
Liona tried to calm her mind and catch her breath.
"Last night someone I didn't know suddenly broke into my apartment."
"Who is he? Do you remember his face?"
Liona shook her head slowly. He tried to remember the man's face but the dark did not allow him to see clearly. Plus the man was wearing a mouthpiece that covered half his face.
"I don't know him but he's Morgan's man."
Ziko frowned."Morgan's? Who's she?"
"He is Jordan's older brother. She also likes Ana. She's revenge because I also acted rudely towards Ana a few days ago."
"What are you doing Ana? Until Morgan's wrath like this?"
Liona was silent again. Now Ziko understood despite not getting an answer from Liona. It was visible from the look in his eyes.
"You should have told me first, what if Morgan really killed you? Aren't you afraid of dying?"
"I'm sorry, I still want to live. I only get emotional when I see them happy under my suffering."
"Hemh.all right I understand. So what's your plan now?"
"I'll stick to the original plan."
