[Olivia Ambush Unit]
When Olivia saw what had happened to the Fraud Detachment, Olivia sighed and moved her telescope away. Z taught him that the war was flowing, and would never go his way.
The blonde with purple eyes beside her was observing the battle with the telescope as well. The man— Warrant Officer Evansin, said in surprise:
"It was unexpected."
“Yes, Sun Knight attacked en masse. How else, because the war situation is constantly changing. Thanks to that, our plan fell apart. Is the Imperial Army so eager to kill me? I'm really popular, hahaha.”
Olivia laughed out loud, while Evansin showed a bitter smile.
“Your popularity is really dangerous, there is no way I can accept it. But the enemy's basecamp defenses became thin. On the contrary, my brother, the commander of the Detachment Unit, and my sister, who acted as a stunt double for Major Olivia, are in grave danger."
Evansin is Ellis' younger brother.
“Ya, unfortunately..”.
Evansin's awkward smile deepened. Olivia didn't understand what was so unfortunate about it, but looking closer, she did look a bit like Ellis.
He's a boy, but Evansin's as pretty as Ellis. When Olivia first left the Gateway to the Underworld, all humans looked the same in Olivia's eyes. But he was an adult now, and could tell them apart clearly.
Evansin beside her steals a glance at Olivia from time to time.
"What's wrong?"
“Eh !? N-None ... By the way, did my sister do anything rude to Major Olivia? I heard you two made a flag together."
The timid Evansin asked, and Olivia tilted her head:
“He didn't do anything strange. We had a nice chat— Oh, he mentioned that his younger brother was still wetting at twelve, so it was Evansin."
“-! My fucking sister. He has no tactics at all. T-Please forget that. Is there anything else?"
"The others? Hmm.. Oh! By the way, sometimes he looks at me. Is it counted?"
Evansin sighed heavily when he heard that.
"As expected ... Don't mind him, it's just him who's mentally ill."
"I don't really mind, but is it a disease? Has he consulted a doctor?"
Ellis did not look sick at all while chatting with Olivia at the party. Or rather, he was so agile that it was disturbing.
But Olivia learns from the book that humans suffer from all sorts of diseases. They may look healthy, but they are actually unhealthy.
"No, well, there's a cure for a normal disease .. but the disease can't be cured."
Evansin's eyes began to wobble, and his voice became so soft towards the end, that Olivia was unable to hear him properly.
“Not a common disease? Is there a note on the book?”
“Rather than taking notes in books, it would be better for you not to find out or know about it. Major Olivia, you just need to stay as you are."
"so. Okay." Okay."
Because he told her not to ask, so be it. There's a lot better things he doesn't know. For example, the stove that she thought was fixed by the fairy Comet, was apparently fixed by Z with magic.
As Olivia reminisces about the past, a messenger runs with a gasp of breath:
"Lieutenant One Claudia had begun her assault on the rear of the Imperial army with her foot soldier battalion!"
(Start skrg, foot soldiers I don't translate. Weird kl translated it.)
"understand. As expected of Claudia, she moved quickly."
Olivia was impressed, and Evansin said with a complicated face.
“Should we move too?”
"Yes. Fraud Detachment will be wiped out if we take too long."
“Then when should we go?”
“I'll give you a cue at the right time. Evansin, get everything ready.”
“Ya Mdm!”
Olivia rethinks Z's teachings and gives her instructions to the troops.
The Claudia Amusement Unit
Thirty minutes after the attack began.
Claudia's battalion of warriors fought valiantly, disrupting the enemy.
“Hah, huh.. It's better than expected. I don't see any sign of the Sun Knights."
Ashton was a little tired of commenting. Around him was a group of elite bodyguards, personally selected by Claudia.
As the brains of the Seventh Army, Ashton needed to be carefully protected.
“Share your vigilance.”
Claudia gave a brief warning, and ordered the unit to continue. The sound of trumpets and rumbling filled the battlefield.
The enemy was forced to retreat by their ferocious attacks, but the appearance of a burly Imperial soldier changed the situation. The soldier held a huge black scepter, and swept the Royal soldiers away like a storm. The Imperial Army cheered on the appearance of its strength.
(Not good. The empire will gain momentum if this continues ... Time to try that move.)
Claudia ordered her men to retreat, and personally faced the bloodstained Imperial soldiers.
“A little girl like you challenged me…? Don't make me laugh."
The man made a face of disdain, and threw out the remnants of the brain in his weapon.
“Looks like you're having fun opening your mouth. Just shut up and be my stepping stone.”
"Steel spring? Whatchu mean?"
Claudia lowered her position, and ignored her opponent. He imagined himself as a very tight rope, and prepared to use the power he had resisted in the past.
He unleashed all his strength and ran straight ahead.
—Celestial Eyes and Fleet Footed Rush.
“Hmm—?”
The man turned around in surprise, and found a gaping wound on the side of his stomach. His blood and organs began to spill.
“Guuahhh!”
He fell to his knees with tears in his eyes and hands on his stomach, and fell unconscious shortly afterwards.
(I can't split people like Major. I have to keep working hard.)
Ashton looked at Claudia with loosened jaws, which was the expression of everyone present.
Claudia did not care about them, pointed her sword forward and ordered her unit to suppress the attack.
Basecamp Patrick's Army
Two hours after Patrick sent out most of his main force. All along, they had not stopped their attack on the Second Army that was on the verge of collapse, but the battle had still not been decided. Patrick becomes frustrated with the stubborn resistance of the Second Army.
“... How stupid.”
“The enemy has adopted the circle formation, and really survives.”
“It's clear. They can survive, but dead soldiers cannot come back to life. There must be a weak spot somewhere, focus our attacks that way."
"That's right, but the enemy commander is also amazing, it's not easy ..."
Patrick sighed as he looked at Ares' troubled face. He looked at the other side of the hill with his telescope, and saw that the Sun Knight had the upper hand.
Christoph was amazing, and did not disappoint Patrick.
(It seems like the God of Death is having a hard time fighting the overwhelming number of Sun Knights. We sent all of our Knights out, so it would be troublesome if it didn't come to fruition.)
