Separate Distance - Part One

Rian tried to get up slowly, not knowing how long he had been there alone. He sat quietly drifting away in the rain. The cold and quiet surrounding him. He got up and walked to his house.

"Naya .." he said.

He leaned against the wall of his house. No longer did he feel a bruise on his body, what he had in mind was how his wife was doing now.

A private plane carrying David and Naya is grounded. There a black Fortuner was waiting for them. David held Naya's hand. Pulling her up in the car. They're sliding into a big house in the city. A big house that looks empty. Tight guard left Naya unable to do anything.

"Teh Naya ..." Doni came down from his room on the second floor.

Naya ran to hug her step-sister.

"From today you don't, Papi let's go"

"What the fuck, Pi? What did Papi do? Where's Brother Rian?" ask Doni in a high tone.

"Never mention the man's name in this house again, Doni"

"But Rian's sister is Teh Naya's husband. What does Papi mean by doing this. Papi want to separate them?"

"Sorry young master, you are forbidden to enter" prevent the bodyguard in front of Naya's room door. David orders two large bodyguards to keep Naya in his room so as not to come out.

Shortly the phone was picked up by Rian. Doni hands his phone to Naya.

"Sir .." Naya's eyes sparkled at the face of her halal man on a mobile phone screen.

"Dec... You all right?" ask Rian worriedly. Naya was unable to cover up Rian's puffy, pale look.

Naya did not answer her husband's questions. He's just crying. She saw many wounds on her husband's face and body. His heart was getting crushed seeing Rian's state.

"Sister Rian why?" ask Naya lirih.

"Not to worry about this wound. Rian's brother is fine, honey"

"How well is your face bruised so, brother. Papi's men did this, didn't they?"

Rian did not answer. He doesn't want his wife to worry.

Doni took the phone, he spoke to his sister-in-law firmly.

"Sister Rian, don't worry as long as there's Doni here, Doni won't let anyone hurt Teh Naya. Doni will keep Teh Naya here in place of Kak Rian"

Doni nodded his head, then gave his phone to Naya again.

"Listen to me6ng, wait there until Brother Rian comes to pick you up. Wait until that time comes. Brother Rian promised that he would be there soon to bring you back. So relax. Patience, Honey. You believe in Rian, don't you"

Naya and Doni are glued to see what their papi is doing. David drags Doni out and locks Naya in the room.
