Don't Divorce Reeha

Dina wakes up and picks up her phone, then she calls someone.

“From Ibn Umar RA, he had his wife in a state of menstruation. Then, Umar bin Khattab RA recounted the incident to the Prophet. Then, the Prophet said to Umar bin Kattab RA, ‘Ordered to him (Ibn Umar RA) to return to his wife, only then to talk him in a state of holiness or pregnant’.” 

"From the hadith, we can know two things"

" 1. Islam forbids to menalak women if the condition is menstruating.

It is permissible to take a female if she is holy or pregnant."

"Although, there are some clerics of the Maliki school who forbid divorce while pregnant. Al-Hasan also argued that menalak women while pregnant is a treasonous act"

"Ibnul Mundzir said, I think so too. Likewise with some scholars from the Maliki Madzhab. Some others declared it illegal. Ibnul Mundzir also narrates another route from Al-Hasan. According to the history of this pathway, Al-Hasan argues that the menalak women who are pregnant are makruh"

"So in conclusion, the majority of scholars allow divorce while pregnant"

"And the iddah for pregnant women who are ingrained is until she gives birth to her womb as Allah's word SWT follows.

"Yes" replied Dzafir.

"Then what about his new girlfriend? I don't want to be in honey brother" said Dina began to ignite emotions.

"Reeha are you sure she's her new boyfriend?"

"Yes" replied Dina.

"Then why does she keep asking you back if she gets your replacement, even if she's pregnant"
