Vandam waited for Arga who was meeting clients with uneasy feelings. Just called by his men whom He assigned to look after Nilam, he was worried about Nilam's condition considering that Nilam was pregnant with his child.

Vandan felt relieved after seeing Arga come out of the room.

"What's wrong with your restless face?" ask Arga.

"Sir, if I may." Vandam's words stopped as Arga nodded his head.

"I see, go home" said Arga who immediately made Vandam smile.

"Thank you, sir, thank you."

Arga let out a long sigh, "You have to successfully bring the girl here" Arga said.

Vandam nodded, "Okay sir, thank you very much."

Vandam is ready to leave Arga. He had to go back to the current village in order to make sure Nilam was okay.

Meanwhile, at Nilam's house, everyone looked at Nilam's legs, which were full of blood, as well as Nilam's screams of pain.

"I just kicked him in the stomach, why is there so much blood coming out." Anjani wondered.

"Please, sister, it hurts a lot." complained Nilam looked at Riki hoping Riki could help him.

"Don't take him to the hospital, we can be arrested for torturing him." Martha warned.

"But the situation is severe, ma'am" said Riki saw Nilam's face getting pale.

"Let him, he will also heal himself" said Marni then out of Nilam's room followed by Anjani.

Once again Nilam begged Riki to help him, "Sister, help me. My stomach hurts a lot" Nilam said in a weak voice.

Riki looks confused, must help Nilam or not. He wanted to take Nilam to the hospital but he did not have the money to pay the hospital fees.

Nilam finally fainted because he could not stand the pain that was very extraordinary. Panicked Riki would not want to hold Nilam took the girl out of the room.

"I said don't take it anywhere!" marni Sentak.

"It's very concerning Mom, I'm afraid something happened. You guys just stay home let me take Nilam away." said Riki immediately out of the house.

"Damn it, my phone was left behind, how could I order a taxi." said Riki wanted to go back in but his steps stopped when a man blocked his path.

"Want a ride?" haggle that guy.

"Who are you?"

"I'm a courier, I happen to have just sent the area here, if I want to be able to deliver." bargained the man.

Without thinking anymore, Riki agreed to the man's offer. He immediately got into the man's car parked not far from his house.

"Did he sleep?" the man asked, seeing Nilam's eyes closed.

Riki shook his head, "He fainted."

The man stared deeper at Nilam until he saw a lot of blood coming out from behind the school skirt that Nilam was wearing, "Damn it!" the man said he knew what was going on with Nilam.

"What's wrong?"

"It's okay, I was just wondering why there was so much blood flowing from inside her skirt?" asked the man to speed up his car to get to the nearest clinic immediately.

"My sister's coming to the moon so a lot of blood is coming out."

The man smiled cynically unnoticed by Riki, "Bas stupid, how could it come to the moon with that much blood!" his inner.

They get to the clinic, Riki immediately brings Nilam in, "Help my sister!" pinta Riki to the sisters on guard.

The sisters looked surprised at Nilan's terrible state, "She fell" said Riki not wanting everyone to be suspicious but still the sisters were smarter. The bruise on Nilam's cheek was confirmed if it was violent not just because of a fall.

Riki waited outside after the doctor entered the examination room. A nurse appeared to walk over to Riki, "Please pay the administration fee first so that the patient can be handled further" the nurse said.

Riki nodded in understanding, He walked slowly towards the administration while thinking about where he got the money to pay this fee.

"It's been paid sir, just now."

Riki was of course surprised by the remark of that administrative part.

"Who's paying?"

"A man but he refused to give his name."

"Thank you" said Riki walking away from the place and thinking who had paid for all the expenses.

"What was the courier? Ah, it's impossible because he's just a courier and why does he have to pay." Riki muttered and then sat back in front of Nilam's room.

At home, Marni and Anjani are seen relaxing while watching television, as if nothing happened in the house.

"Do we have to have a password to see the contents of this card?" marni asks him to show Nilam's debit card, which he still carries.

"Of course Mom and only Nilam know how much the password is." Anjani replied.

Marni clucked, "The boy must not tell me how much the password is, I'm pretty sure there's a lot of money in here."

Anjani nodded in agreement, "Right Bu, otherwise Nilam might have already let us see his salt."

Marni throws an Atm card on the table out of annoyance, "Did Riki have a message?"

"Not yet, even if I have sent a message I also do not want to reply because he has dared to bring Nilam to the hospital."

Marni nodded, "Right, you have to be a strict woman so that next time Riki can think about your feelings" Marni said.

And in the clinic, Riki is still waiting outside the room until the doctor who examined Nilam out of the room.

"Are you her husband?" asked the Doctor looking at Riki suspiciously.

"No, I'm her brother. My sister is still in school so she doesn't have a husband" explained Riki.

"It must be because of promiscuity." murmured the Doctor made Riki astonished not to understand what the meaning of the Doctor's speech was.

"How's my sister doing Doc? what's a serious wound?"

"Yes there were a lot of bruises all over his body, did he just fight?" ask the doctor again which makes Riki a little nervous.

"I don't know."

The doctor let out a long sigh, "And the patient had a miscarriage, a curettage should be performed immediately."

Riki looked at the Doctor with a look of disbelief, "Miscarriage? Nilam pregnant?"

The doctor nodded, "Yes the patient had been pregnant but because of the age of the womb is still young so very vulnerable until finally miscarriage." explained the doctor then left Riki who still looks shocked.

"How did this happen?" muttered Riki then fell on the floor while rejuvenating his head that suddenly throbbed pain.
