CHAPTER 42

After finishing breakfast the two of them just fell silent to each other no one started the conversation to melt the atmosphere. Since the incident in his office, Dylan slightly avoided Ziena for fear of his own feelings especially after last night Ziena expressed her feelings that made Dylan increasingly try to avoid Ziena even though his heart was contrary to his ego. "na, later in the afternoon we stay at the house of mama" said Dylan trying to open his voice

"stay mas?" ziena asked repeating Dylan's words

Dylan nodded his head, "your mother called yesterday asking us to stay there" Dylan explained

"we stayed there how long?" ask Ziena

"it's not long on Sunday afternoon that we're back home" replied Dylan soberly

"well mas" Ziena replied as she nodded her head in understanding

"later I'll be home early so you get ready early" Dylan said before leaving for the office

Dylan walked outside following Ziena. Before Dylan got into his car Ziena always kissed Dylan's hand and said simple words that were pretty sweet to Dylan and strangely those words were able to add to Dylan's spirit. "well, I could die if every day I saw his smile" Dylan's mind was already in the car

He hurriedly started his car engine and left his residence. With the condition of the road that is not too jammed makes Dylan get to the office faster even though he drives his car at medium speed. After parking his car he immediately entered the office to his room.

Before entering his room Dylan saw Alex who had arrived first and began to be preoccupied with various kinds of files in front of him. "good morning, Mr. Dylan" said Alex who saw Dylan's arrival

Dylan simply nodded his head and went straight into his room. On Dylan's desk was already a pile of files and some reports that Dylan had to check and sign. Before Dylan began reading the piles of papers he first took out his cell phone and sent his first message to tell him that later in the afternoon he would come and so stay at his parents' mansion. After that Dylan started to read the files in front of him one by one.

After Dylan left, Ziena decided to clean up her house and do her office work online. On the sidelines of Ziena doing her work suddenly her phone rang.

drrrt drrrt drrrt

"waalaikumsalam mama's daughter-in-law" answered mama Ana accompanied by laughter

"what's your mom calling Nana?" ask Ziena

"mama just want to make sure that later in the afternoon you really want to come here what not" replied mama Ana

"so ma, dylan said later in the afternoon we leave" Ziena replied

"ok if this is how you believe" said Mama Ana

"meaning ma?" ziena asked confusedly

"mom if you say that Dylan sometimes likes to not believe it, then mama called you to make sure" replied mama Ana while laughing at the end of her sentence

"mama Ana is there" Ziena replied with a laugh

"yes, my mother closed the phone first we continue to talk later in the afternoon if you have come here" said Mama Ana before ending her call

"iya ma" Ziena replied

After mama Ana ended her call Ziena then continued her piled up work. He began to focus on reading the reports that came through the email and did not forget to send a message to Irfan to reset his schedule.
