Fian came to Kenny's house. He came to apologize.

Kenny is forced to agree to Fian's request. However, the project was a gift from his boss, Marquizz. The boss asked Kenny to create a boutique in Malaysia and become the owner.

Ken was walking from a university to get back to the hospital. Ken saw someone who looked like Kenny.
Ken approaches him and greets him, but he is not Kenny. Ken's feelings for Kenny still persist even though 5 years have passed

Ken meets up with Kenny who is taking Fian to check his broken hand. Ken said hello to Kenny. Kenny just shut himself up.
..."Hi Kenny's. Long time no see."why Ken...
..."Yes, hi too." said Kenny...
Ken took Kenny and Fian to the doctor's room. The doctor checked Fian's hand
..."Dr. Ken still got business?"ask Dr.Biko, a bone specialist...
..."Nonexistent. I'm leaving first." said Ken." I'm waiting in my room" Ken told Kenny...
Kenny just nodded.Ken walked out of the room but stopped outside.
..."What if he ran away again?"said Ken himself...
Ken stood outside the room and stole their conversation. Ken can see Kenny who looks unhappy.
..."Never mind. Dr. Ken that won't be interested in you." said Dr.Biko...
..."Why anyway?"ask Kenny...
..."Dr. Ken never fell in love with anyone after being abandoned by his former wife. Poor Dr.Ken. That woman is cruel. Inhuman" said Dr. Biko...
..."Yes the trash of society." said Fian then Kenny pinched Fian's hand....
..."But I heard he was good. Maybe he has a problem" Kenny said...
Suddenly, Kenny has a stomachache and Ken hears her. Ken went inside and looked at Kenny. Ken pulled Kenny's hand.
..."Please pick up Ray and Evy" Kenny told Fian...

In Ken's room, it's just him and Kenny. Kenny was worried about his children. Kenny isn't ready to tell Ken about them yet.
..."Kenny's got gastrik. That's right" said Ken...

......"Yep. I remember everything about you" Ken said as he extended a piece of paper to Kenny......
Kenny welcomed. Kenny pulls the paper but Ken doesn't want to let go. Kenny's got Ken.

Ken took the paper off and Kenny took it.

Fian takes Evy and Ray on a walk in a center for the two sides. Mama Lyn and Mama Maya saw them.
..."If Kenny can find out about this, I'm done." said Fian...
..."You are so afraid of Mom. How could it be my papa." said Ray...
Mama Lyn and Mama Maya heard this and felt angry. They thought that Kenny had a relationship with another man and gave birth to a pair of twins.
Mama Lyn wants to come to them but Mama Maya stops her

Arriving at home, Ken sednag sat on the sofa while watching television.
..."Ken forget Kenny. She's a shameless woman."mama Maya's angry...
