One Hundred Eighty Degrees
Reunite

After a few years passed, now finally Mama Arin allowed Arin to occasionally go home to Aminah's grandmother.  Only when the school holidays are long. This started from Arin's initial meeting with his father on social media which was then again booming. There Arin found a profile similar to his papa.  Until they finally meet in real life.

Mr. Irawan who had been wanting to meet them for years finally found a fresh wind that sided with him. He could persuade Arin who was still in the ninth grade Junior High.

It's not like I never tried to meet Arin. However, since the divorce with his wife many years ago. Mama Arin always avoids and prevents Arin's meeting with papa and Grandma Aminah. It made Papa Arin angry and upset.  In fact, until trying to seize custody of Arin.

However, court decisions cannot be ignored and misused. Mr. Irawan realized, that someday there will definitely be a time when Arin will look for him and come to him.  As it is happening right now. In fact, now Arin is allowed to occasionally return to the house of papa and grandmother Aminah in Sumber Jambe.

“Tomorrow so go home grandma darling?” asked Mr. Irawan to Arin who was busy packing his needs and also put some clothes in his mini suitcase.

“So pa! Papa don't worry.  Here I'll finish my needs there.” Arin replies to convince her Papa not to worry too much.

“What the hell son, are you bringing? Don't bring any Arin!  Papa will prepare all your needs there!”

“Not all my needs papa tau!” refute the subtle Arin. “Udah deh, papa just calm down.  I know what I need most!”

“Iya, yes.  Tomorrow you will pick up around noon. Papa still no rather urgent affairs.”

“OK!  Arin wait.  Till night will Arin wait.” Replied Arin steadily and without any rebuttal.

“Sep!  Yes it was.  Greetings Mama.” said Mr. Irawan ended his chat.

Right around half-five in the afternoon, a white Pajero sports car entered the yard of Arin's grandmother's house. Arin who had been waiting for the arrival of his father immediately came out when he heard the sound of the roar of a car engine that suddenly came from the front of his house. With a slightly hurried step he immediately greeted his new papa out of the car with a big smile on his lips.

I saw Arin running towards him. Mr. Irawan immediately welcomed and immediately hugged him tightly. Not to forget he squid both cheeks and also forehead Arin with a haru feeling and also happy.  Emanated from both eyes a deep affection and longing for a child who had not been able to meet for years. Tears poured between his eyes.

Knowing that, Arin also sobbed while continuing to hug his papa. Even now his embrace was tighter than before. As if he no longer wanted to be separated from his papa side.

“Apparently, papa's son is already big huh!” the first sentence that Papa Arin said at that time.  Hearing that, Arin could only smile and let go of his embrace. Mr. Irawan looked closely at Arin who was in front of him. Now the distance and Arin only a few cent. Though previously he could only meet Arin in his dreams. He could not believe that God was answering his prayers.

As per the initial plan. This time Arin will spend his vacation at the house of his father and grandmother in the village. After staying overnight. They immediately say goodbye and take a long journey. It took about five hours to arrive at the village where Arin spent his childhood.

Losing Arin who is a playmate as well as a friend who is very dear to him makes the Word a little lonely.  The days he spent without Arin were not very pleasant. There was no one else he could joke with or anyone he could work all out with. I don't know why, even though he has other friends in his village. No one can replace Arin in his position.

Especially after the Word knows. That, Arin is facing such a big problem.  Her parents' divorce must have been very hard hit and hurt.  While the Word felt guilty for not being able to accompany and comfort him.  Even news of Arin was never found after that. Every time he visited Aminah's grandmother's house, all he met was sadness and also a sense of loss of grandmother so deep.

Now Arin seems to disappear from his world. The Word doesn't know who to ask.  Aminah's grandmother also could not give an answer about the news or the existence of Arin to her.

“Nak! Miss Aminah said, Neng Arin will be home today!” say Mother Word when they are busy eating breakfast.

Hearing the news, the Word immediately broke. He immediately stopped his chewing even he almost choked.

“Baneran buk?” he asked half in disbelief.

“Iya! My mother was told malem. Mr. Irawan was yesterday afternoon already leaving to pick up!”

“Thank God! Finally, after so long.” Say the happy Word.

“Kangen is so buk! How many years have I thought he was back here?”

“But, this time. He came home just for the Fir Holidays! Not to settle.”

“Iya tah buk?”

“Iya!” answer the mother Word convincingly.

“I still don't think buk. Why is Irawan the same aunt Widia divorced?” ask the Word curious.

“For that matter. We don't need to find out, son! We're just diem! Blindfold. Ear cap!”

“Iya buk.”

“Already, finish your food first! After that, anter ibuk to the village office yes son! There are a few things you need to take care of with Mr. Kades.”

“Iya buk!” answer the Word with passion.

Until that afternoon, when he was busy helping the grandmother of Aminah transporting sacks of rice crops to be placed in the warehouse. He was shocked and surprised by the arrival of a girl whose age was slightly below him. That figure was no longer foreign to him.  Even he could recognize it even though it was tens of meters away.

Arin is his childhood friend.

At that time Arin looked a little shabby.  The look on his face revealed the fatigue caused by the long journey. Wearing Blazer jeans combined with famous brand jeans. His long hair looked a little messy despite it having been tucked backwards.

Arin walked up to Grandma and immediately hugged tightly the old body that had so long long missed her presence. With tears in her eyes, Grandma said a few sentences that indicated how happy she would be to the presence of her beloved granddaughter. While sobbing, grandma kissed her favorite grandson who had not been seen for a long time.

Arin sobbed and tightened the warm embrace he gave to the grandmother of Aminah. After a little while the blue scene was finally stopped by the reprimand of Mr. Irawan.

“Already ma!  Arin is still tired. He hasn't eaten yet either! “ said Mr. Irawan to grandma.

“Oh yes, grandma sampe forgot so much part.” Said Grandma while wiping away the tears that continued to pour nonstop.

“No papa nek!  Arin still wants to hug Grandma.  Arin was eating kok.” Said Arin spoiled.

“But baby!  Grandma cooked a lot inside. Intentionally preparing for your presence. Eat again yes! “

Arin nodded in agreement. Smiling and embracing his grandmother, he stared at some of the people who were there.  Some of them are relatives who simultaneously became workers in the rice fields of Aminah's grandmother. While the rest are strangers that Arin does not know.

“Arin how are you?” Firman ventured to say hello first. He was so excited to meet Arin.

Not answering the Word question.  Arin turned his face away in the other direction. It was as if he had not heard the Word just now. The voice of the Word is loud and loud. Even though they were all outside the house. However, it could not have been felt if Arin had not heard what the Word said. He stepped inside his grandmother's house.  Leaving the Word outside feeling a little disappointed.

Firman wanted to pursue Arin and was about to ask him a few things.  However, his intention was to undo it and prefer to be busy again with some unfinished work.

Actually many thoughts are raging in the Word today.  Between the longing that is still not treated and also the resentment towards Arin's attitude just now. After about 6 years they have not met and also never once exchanged news.  Why didn't Arin greet her as usual. Whether he was angry at the word or it was just the feeling of the Word being too sensitive about Arin's attitude just now.
