The egoist

We all ended up sheltering under that strange big tree. It soon rained and we were greatly helped by a large tree not far from where we were standing at the moment.

"Better we take shelter under the branches of this great tree?"

Angga as the team leader, ordered its members to always obey all the rules of each order.

Everyone agreed with the decision of the pride, except for Yandi who had not said anything since then.

They also line up circularly around a large tree so that it is covered with very large leaves, enough to shelter from heavy rain.

Yandi who had been feeling uneasy said "Why suddenly do I have a bad feeling about this giant tree?"

Surprisingly, Yandi refused Angga's instructions and decided to seek another shelter or a nearby shelter rather than stay with them all.

Angga yelled at Yandi for not obeying his orders.

"If you don't obey, you will rot in this forest and no one will come looking for you!"

Said Angga with a voice louder than before, trying to reach Yandi who was getting farther and farther.

"I don't care anymore, with a dissident like him?" Angga was angry at Yandi's actions, so he cursed him inwardly.

They eventually split into two groups: Angga and his other five friends Felix, Nano, Meri, Agung and Krishna. While Yandi is alone, she is somewhere else for her own decision.

Some time later he happened to find an old cottage not far from its present location.

Yandi looked at the hut in front of him and said "Ha-ha-ha....! There's a cottage."

"I'd better make sure the cottage is safe or not."

"I hope nothing dangerous happens inside that old cabin." Yandi can only hope that nothing happens when he goes in there, amid the drizzle that still continues to flutter.

"Kree..ek" the sound of the cottage door is very old and all the iron is a lot of rusty.

Yandi entered the hut with mixed feelings and had to walk step by step through the very small hut.

After making sure there was nothing in it, Yandi decided to take a short break while drying his soaked clothes until the rain completely subsided.

"Thank God, there's nothing dangerous around this cottage."

Suddenly Yandi thought of the fate of his friends who were sheltering under a big tree.

"How are they doing, right now?"

"Are they okay now?" Yandi said it while keeping her bag.

"Well, why is it that when I feel close to a big tree it makes me feel uncomfortable?"

"Like something inhabits the tree, rather it has a mystical aura in it?"

Yandi thought of a glimpse of the black shadow he had seen while near the strange-looking large tree.

"I think about my friends who are there, anyway after the rain subsides I will try to go back there." Said Yandi while thinking about his friends.

"Before, if I'm not mistaken, the chairman yelled at me and I heard him swearing at me."

Yandi stood up and leaned against the wall of the old hut.

During my previous experience as a team leader on various camping expeditions, no one disobeyed my orders.

This is the first time anyone has dared to disagree with what I'm saying.

Angga who constantly listened to the ravings of Agung's timid attitude, then made him furious and could not contain his anger.

"Would it be better for you to be rained there than to be here?"

Agung who was listening to the words of Angga while venting his emotions. He suddenly became very frightened, unable to answer what he said.

"If any of you really don't like being here, can you get out of here?"

"But if anything happens to you later! don't ever blame me, because it's your own decision."

Hearing Angga's words, made everything there become so restless.

There is absolutely no light at night. If they decide to leave here leaving the insects, only the only ones who have a map with directions from all the locations in this forest.
