Not an Ordinary Night Woman
Chapter 39 Leaving the Kinant Family

"Prophey, yes" comfort Elisha.

"It turns out he's gone for good, Dona. Kiya had a lot of heart for him,"

The saint could not hide his sorrow. Her tears just kept flowing showing her disappointment and sadness.

"You must be strong. Soon you will have to explain everything to Kinan's parents" said Elisha.

"Yes, you're right. They must have been more hurt and in shock than I was" replied the Saint.

That night, the police searched the place. They marked the place with a police line. They began to dig up the place that was thought to be Kinan's grave. The once silent forest is now crowded. Many people came to see the evacuation.

This news spread quickly. A lot of press came to cover because the Kinan family belonged to a wealthy family in the city. Kinan's parents felt disbelief at the news that was circulating. They immediately headed to the scene of the crime right then and there.

"Saint.." call his father-in-law.

"Pa, Ma. I'm sorry I couldn't keep Kinan,"

The saint is standing before the two.

"What's really going on? Isn't he Kinan?" her mother-in-law looked at Elisha.

Saint brought them into the car. He told me everything while waiting for the police to find Kinan's body.

Kinan's parents' tags were heartbreaking after knowing the truth. Even her mother almost fainted from being too shocked. Whichever mother's heart is unharmed, her beloved daughter has been killed by her own sister.

"Why is Kiya so good, even though we always try to be fair and happy for both of them" said her father-in-law.

The two old men were limp, as if the joints of their bodies were broken. There was no strength left but tears of sorrow. They get worse when Kinan's body is found. Her mother screamed hysterically before collapsing and was rushed to the hospital.

"When I'm gone, go back to my previous life,"

Elisha stared at the room he had occupied these past few days. Last night, Santo and Kinan's parents returned home. Elisha didn't take anything that wasn't his. He only carried clothes attached to his body as well as his own bag.

"Om, Auntie. I'm sorry if my presence makes you sad. I'm also sorry for lying to you" said Elisha sincerely.

"Darling, you're innocent. Precisely thanks to your help everything can be revealed," Kinan's mother hugged Elisha tightly.

"Stay here, now I have no one. Kinan is gone and Kiya must take responsibility for his actions in prison,"

The hopeful look of a mother made Elisha's heart pity. But this is not his life. He has his own family.

"Sorry Aunt, I still have to take responsibility for my family. Om and Auntie don't worry, I will definitely stop by again" said Elisha.

They couldn't hold back his steps. But he is not their family. Even though Elisha's presence makes them happy. But they realize he also has a family that does not want to be left behind.

Elisha decides to leave, after Kinan's funeral is over. He felt sad to have to leave behind both of Kinan's parents who had been so kind to him. But his life must go on. Kinan's mother gave him some of Kinan's valuables that Elisha could not refuse. He accepted it to appreciate the feelings of both of them.

"I have transferred the payment. Thank you for all your help during this time" said Santo.

"Either. The spirit yes, sooner or later happiness must accompany a good person like yourself" replied Elisha.

He waved his hand at the man. The car is getting away from the magnificent house to the boarding place Elisha.

"Akh. I miss you so much" cried Mita and Mirna together.

The three hugged, spilling all the yearning that was stirring in their hearts.

Actually she did not want to protest, just that she saw her husband differently lately. Doni was paying more attention to his appearance. He even bought new perfumes and clothes for work. Her feminine instincts were disturbed to see her husband's strange behavior.

"I still need capital so customers can trust me. I need to improve my appearance, so while I can't give you money," Doni replied.

"Does it have to be like that? I see your friend is normal, Mas,"

"Are you starting to doubt me? Isn't every time I go home from work, why is it still suspicious?" Doni starts to get emotional.

"But, Mom..."

"That's it, I'm leaving,"

Doni drove his motorcycle to the office. His wife did not know that he was approaching a woman named Nela. He twice brought the woman to lunch. Doni never learns from mistakes. Even this morning, he took the time to meet Nela on the road.

"Mas Doni, why would you want to meet me here?" ask Nela.

"I can't wait to give something to you,"

Doni pulled out a gift from his briefcase. He gave it to the woman.

"What is this, Mom?" ask Nela.

"You open it later. I'll pick you up at lunch" replied Doni.

After that, the two split into their respective offices. Wawan who knows it from a distance can only shake his head to see the behavior of his friend.

"Have one less, Doni... Doni," murmured Wawan.

"Alhamdulillah, everything is done, Jali,"

Ms. Sariyati looked at the stall that had stood firmly in front of her house. His net condensed, there was a sense of the need to sneak in his chest.

"Yes Ma'am, I will start shopping and find an agent who is cheap and will send his goods here" Rojali replied.

"If the money is less you tell me yes. Please also note all expenses later," he asked.

"Yes, just calm down. We'd better give thanks today, so that all this is a blessing,"

"Surely it was, I was shopping just now" replied Sariyati.

Rojali began to record whatever he was going to buy. Her sister was busy cooking in the kitchen. This time he cooked quite a lot as it would invite their different brothers of the subdistrict to come.

"Why can he make a shop and sell groceries, even though he is a widow,"

Some of the mothers started whispering in front of their house. Ms. Sariyati who overheard actually invited them to stop by.

"Mom-Mom, later after ashar can come yes. I happen to have a small thanksgiving," invited Sariyati ma'am.

"Well, just worked for a while Elisha has a lot of money, ma'am. What kind of work is it?" ask one of them.

"Alhamdulillah, the boss is so good that he gave him a big loan by cutting his salary every month" replied Sariyati.

"The time is now no one is sincere, Mother don't be so naive. Try asking again, lest Elisha's work is not right there," said another.

How brave the mothers were to say such a bad thing about their daughter. Ms. Sariyati chose to enter the house and did not respond to them.
