Not a Girl Again

Not a Girl Again
Part 2

Darkness and stillness are two things that Naswa never liked. Since the incident seven years ago. The wounds left behind widened into a nightmare that came every night.

Maybe every once in a while a smnyuman can be on his thin lips. However, when the shadow appeared Naswa could not see his own face in front of the mirror. He was too ashamed to realize that the accumulated sin made the wounds of birth and mind.

"Naswa."

Without being asked a clear circle almost fell down on the cheeks of the white girl. Not yet healed the wounds that exist, but with the heart Rehan almost repeated the events of the past. Naswa ventured to look at Aji who was now also staring at him.

"Thank you."

Naswa said with a simple smile that made Aji fixated. The man had no idea why his world had suddenly stopped just from looking at the woman who was considered an old friend. He hurried down and ignored everything.

"So, do you want to tell me about everything?"

Naswa shook her head as she still felt strong with the circumstances. He regarded the past as a disgrace. Aib that can make him trapped in a labyrinth of wounds.

"I'm doing fine. Let's just say you didn't see everything."

A little forced Aji to nod. The beautiful scenery that was caught by the net is still imagined. About Naswa's straight hair and sad face the woman was able to vibrate something in the body of his heart.

"I'll take you home."

The sturdy back was walking leaving the woman who was still fixated. Naswa thanked him and felt a little amazed by Aji's heroic actions. It is undeniable that a warm feeling sneaks in. Again, he is more self-conscious. The crown that was awake, had been forcibly snatched away. So, what does he need to be proud of?

Rehan hissed as cold water washed his jaws. What happened a few hours ago is still remembered. Moreover, the presence of an unknown man who was instantly able to ignite his emotions.

"Arrrghhh!"

A vase of flowers had fallen along with the man's moans. In the bathroom, he cursed fate. Cussing why happy never sided with her one bit.

"Do I deserve to wear this?"

Naswa muttered between a third of the night. The mukena that was originally installed neatly, has now been released. Showing her straight black hair.

A few minutes he was stuck. He looked at his face that was almost touched again. One drop of clear crystal and followed by another droplet was able to make the woman duck.

Seven years ago...

The rain hit hard. The clock has shown ten o'clock at night. At home there is only Naswa, her sister Ratna left after a fight with her sister-in-law.

Silence crept up, but was soon broken with the knock of the door. Highlight dimly lit lights did not give a gap for Naswa to realize a strange thing when opening the door. It was only when a burly hand slipped into his waist. There is something strange that he still sees.

"Sister, loose!"

Still with intonation Naswa said. The girl tried to calm down and thought that Rehan was just a fad. But as the man's frame silenced, a clear crystal dripped slowly.

Naswa's screams and rants are meaningless. Although martial arts he once mastered, but all is meaningless. Rehan's energy was certainly stronger than that girl's.

Along with the thunder blaring Naswa's scream melted. Giving Rehan a crack of laughter filled the ceiling of the room. In the end the limits of the woman's strength weakened.

Naswa closes his eyes with a birth and inner wound.

Repeatedly his palm rubbed the crystal that managed to slide. The woman still remembered, repeatedly trying to get up and cover her wounds. However, it turns out that the night of ill-fated events that ever happened to be a stumbling block for Naswa opens a new story.

Every second that desire began to seep into the heart, Naswa tried to block. Since then, not a single application has been accepted. He felt unworthy to be married to anyone. The crown that was supposed to be awake had been forcefully stolen.

Now, an inner upheaval is back. A piece of cloth that covers his head every day seems to be taboo. Especially if it is related to the sins he has committed. Naswa can't turn back.

"If I take off the hijab how, An?"

The drink that was being sipped by Anti suddenly spurted out. The woman was flabbergasted by Naswa's words. How not, in history it has been recorded that his best friend told him to veil. Then, there is no wind, no rain why can his best friend say he wants to take off the hijab.

"Give me one reason to corroborate that you deserve to take off the hijab!" Anti said calmly.

"I'm too dirty to wear a hijab. This cloth is too sacred to cover my head."

The views of the two meet. Spreading the taste without passing the word. Through that view, Anti can conclude that Naswa is experiencing inner upheaval.

"So? Didn't you say the hijab was the identity of a Muslim woman? Then why do you want to take it off now, Nas? I'm not hunting for your answer, I'm."

"It is true if the hijab is the identity of a Muslim woman, but I—"

"Akhlak and hijab cannot be linked, Nas. Please, do not think that the hijab is only appropriate to be worn by a woman who is holy without sin. That's not true. The hijab is for all Muslim women, not knowing rank and degree."

Naswa silenced with the word Anti. The woman bowed to remove the tears that had hung back. Such friends, without a word they are able to feel what we feel.

"Bareng, come!"

The voice made Naswa frown. Sunlight afternoon made its own impression with the meeting of the two people. Aji had put both of her hands into her pants pocket.

"Why is it here?"

Naswa was astonished by his old friend. Uninvited can be in front of the office. Then casually take her home.

Actually, Aji did not understand the way he thought. Last night the man could hardly close his eyes because of the shadow of Naswa. When there are glasses that adorn the woman's net, ah .. it feels like he wants to remove it all.

Of course he was still sane enough to wipe away Naswa's tears. Aji was quite self-conscious, she was a nobody. It's strange that he cares.

"Hey! Why daydream?"

All right, Aji just scratched his head that wasn't itchy. Letting the net collide with the netra Naswa for a few seconds. The weirdness of yesterday was still there, the abnormal heartbeat was indicated when the crescent moon arch appeared on the woman's lips.

"Ehm. Okay let's go home. I just don't have any work at home. So, it's better to come here."

What kind of alibi Aji doesn't know. When a Naswa's hardness was heard at that time his heart warmed. The woman was able to make uninvited subtle swishings.

"Why are we still here?"

Aji tried to neutralize his mind. A little quickly he stayed away from Naswa. Maybe he should keep a distance with the woman so as not to have a history of heart disease.

Especially considering the marriage is less than a few weeks. Aji doesn't want to if something bothers me. He repeated his woman's name. Trying and trying to straighten the heart that he only helps does not mean more. However, isn't destiny sometimes incompatible with expedition?
