Nirbita did not stay silent, he did not want to delay again completing his goal. After Mr. Tono was unconscious for 2 hours due to injections given by a doctor.

Mr. Tono was conscious and once he opened his eyes he again saw Nirbita and this time he did not scream again when Nirbita immediately strangled him.

"Let go! Unhand me! What do you want?" said Mr. Tono trying to hold Nirbita's hand so as not to press his neck, he was very difficult to breathe.

"I want you to come with me, let's go together" Nirbita said with a sly smile on his lips.

"No! Don't do that, I beg you. I'm sorry" said Mr. Tono. However, Nirbita shook his head.

"It's not that easy! You've been torturing me for over 10 years, you think that with just your apologies I can let you go. Nay! No!" said Nirbita, then laughing giggling made Nana who had fallen asleep also woke up. He was no less afraid of Mr. Tono, he immediately woke up and inched away to the corner of his treatment bed with an infusion hose still attached to the back of his hand.

Nana immediately looked towards Nirbita who was still giggling. Meanwhile, the security guard outside didn't listen to anything inside. In addition to Nana and also Pak Tono did not scream because he was so frightened to see Nirbita and Pak Tono who were in a suffocated condition, the security guard was also sleeping soundly.

"Nirbita, please forgive me. I did something that happened 10 years ago, I just followed what Mr. Tono did. I have no intention of hurting you at all" Nana said clenching her hands together in front of her chest, apologizing for making Nirbita let go of her giggling. Mr. Tono coughed and inhaled as much air as possible, he also dived into the corner of his bed, blocking Nirbita with a pillow he used as a barrier in front of him.

"Do you know, because what you did 10 years ago was very torturing to me, you didn't let me go, you didn't let me live, and you saw me hanging out here, I don't know where I'm headed right now. I have no choice but to take you with me and hope that I will be able to leave this world quietly after ending your life!" said Nirbita looking at them alternately with his sharp gaze.

Nana immediately went down, knelt in front of Nirbita and kowtowed. "Tell me what to do. I'll do everything, but please let me live, I don't want to die yet. I beg!" nana continued to prostrate in front of Nirbita.

Nirbita immediately looked towards Pak Tono.

"You're dead, you can't do anything! You can't kill me!" said Mr. Tono take the infusion pole and try to fight Nirbita. He did not want to die and did not want to apologize to Nirbita like what his wife did.

Nirbita saw Nana who was still prostrating before him, he could remember that when Nana was doing nothing, he just followed Pak Tono, he just followed, even once Nana also asked Mr. Tono to release him. However, Mr. Tono ended his life and locked him up, hiding his body.

"I'll forgive you, but you have to admit your wrongdoing in front of the police, so everyone knows what caused my death and one more, find my family and apologize to them!" nirbita said again made Nana promise to obey what was said by Nirbita.

After Nana agrees to what Nirbita says, Nirbita disappears. Nana who had been looking down, hearing and seeing that there was no Nirbita there, did not waste any more time. He immediately went out of the room and saw the security guard who fell asleep in the waiting room chair, while Mr. Tono had no idea where he was going.

"Sir! Sage sir! Wake up!" said Nana woke up the security guard by shaking his arm. The security guard who felt that immediately woke up, he stood up.

"What's up, Mom? What's up?" she panicked when she woke up that way.

"Take me to the police station right now, sir!" said Nana makes the security guard did not understand.

"What's wrong, Mom? What's wrong with Mom?" ask the security guard again who thinks his employer wants to report violence against him.

"Mr don't ask too many questions, quickly take me to the police station! I don't want to die!" said Nana made the security guard nodded quickly to take the hat and also the keys of the car in the waiting chair, where he had slept and they rushed to the police station in the middle of the night.

Meanwhile, Mr. Tono continued to run with an infusion hose still attached to the back of his hand, as well as an infusion stick that was used as his weapon. He ran as fast as he could out of the hospital, running towards the highway.

Mr. Toni wanted to avoid Nirbita as far as possible, he even kept shouting if he did not want to die and Nirbita had to stay away from him.
