Several burning buildings around the southern warehousing area began to be installed along police lines.
The yellow ribbon began to be seen circling the entire area that was charred in the fire that burned some buildings.
Several officers and two ambulances were seen at some point.
Several men in hazmat suits carrying radiation detection devices went around the place.
"They're who?" ask one of the police officers to his partner.
His colleagues looked at several men in hazmat clothes while opening a sheet of paper permitting entry to the area of the scene in a reddish-colored map.
"National Radiation Agency sir.."
he said slowly while continuing to record some evidence scattered around the place.
The man approached a man behind a black van and began asking questions.
"What does the national radiation agency have to do with this incident?" ask her quickly.
"Overnight there were several cases of mutations.."
he said while lighting a cigarette.
"Some of the objects had a mutation after consuming a blue-colored pill sir.."
the man in front of the van said as he opened a piece of paper in his hand.
"So last night was.." said the investigator.
"Yep..connected with Tetranol and hexodium.." said the man before him while exhaling cigarette smoke.
"Is there any evidence, sir?" ask the investigator.
"The evidence that leads to the effects of mutations I can't give you sir." he said quickly.
"I'm sorry but this information is only for the Bosses." again the man said as he stepped closer to a man in hazmat across the van.
Still remembered the briefing last night after the mass rampage ended.
And a few hours after the incident some residents began to give messages about the appearance of a winged creature in the midst of a raging mob
and exactly two hours after the incident a mob of a car overturned and burned on the highway that headed east.
The three men who survived the accident also spoke of a black winged creature chasing them.
"Everything got damprat.." she said slowly when a female investigator approached her.
The woman simply fell silent and pulled out a cell phone from behind her pocket.
"Yes sir, this incident was completely unexpected." said the woman.
"I saw the CCTV footage last night, sir." he said.
"There may be a correlation between overnight events and the burning of a chemicalyte warehouse a few weeks ago.."
says slowly.
"..yes the correlation is that both of these locations have been burned.." the investigator's man said.
"Actually not the arsonist sir." said the female investigator quickly.
"There was a black creature in the chemicalyte and the figure reappeared last night here.."
the female investigator said.
"How long have you been here?" ask the investigator man to the woman in front of him.
"Two months sir." the woman replied.
The male investigator in front of him only sighed at the answer and went back around the scene looking for more evidence scattered throughout the scene of the incident.
"Wait up to a year." said the male investigator as he stepped into a hallway between two burning buildings.
"meaning?" ask the woman.
"You'll learn a lot from the black creature you're after." he said as he kept a record of all the evidence around him.
