On the morning of the next day, Puguh awoke from her bed. When his eyes opened, Puguh did not find, the body of his teacher was in the cave room. He was surprised and worried about his teacher.
Immediately with his lightness, his body flashed towards the exit of the cave. Puguh found, his teacher was standing behind the mouth of the cave with both hands behind.
"Blue-eyed wolf pack huh ?" ki Dwijo said in his heart while smiling.
"Teacher ! Can the teacher walk ?" asked Puguh in surprise and joy.
"Thank you for your efforts to take care of the teacher all this time ngger," said Ki Dwijo.
"All of that has become the duty of Puguh, the teacher," replied Puguh.
"Let's talk again, my student," continued Ki Dwijo again, "You see in front of that ? Since when have they been near this cave ?"
Look ahead. Seen in front there are many pairs of eyes that emit bluish rays.
"From the first moment we got to the bottom of this abyss, teacher," replied Puguh again.
"You want to try your inner strength and speed, ngger ?" ki Dwijo asked, "Try them. But don't kill him !"
Puguh immediately moved forward quickly. A moment later, his body was already standing in front of that horde of blue-eyed wolves.
"It turns out that in the approach, this wolf is very big !" puguh said in his heart.
The blue-eyed wolf is very big. The three blue-eyed wolf tails that reached Puguh's head took a few steps forward as his eyes sharply stared towards Puguh. The three wolves growled as if exposing their fangs.
A moment later, the three blue-eyed wolves jumped up and dashed towards Puguh. Leaving behind another blue-eyed wolf.
He bounces upwards to avoid it. But when Puguh's body floated upwards, the other wolf had jumped on his body. With a shrill body, Puguh twitched and her body slid between the bodies of the giant wolf.
However, as if not willing to give time to Puguh to just take a breath, there were two more wolves that had jumped towards Puguh.
The wolf pack attacked as if someone was setting up. They can take turns attacking and connecting with each other with previous attacks. So it looks, as if the herd of wolves can work together like humans.
"The speed of the blue-eyed wolf is indeed amazing, its intelligence is far above that of other savage animals," Puguh said in his heart.
Because the teacher told him not to kill, Puguh tried not to attack the wolf's head.
Buuuggghhh ! Buuuggghhh ! Buuuggghhh !
Many times Puguh's punch hit the stomach of the wolf that attacked him. Making every wolf that was hit by his blow, slumped back and fell rolling.
However, the battered wolf soon rose again and rejoined its herd to attack.
If the human being who is the opponent is a middle swordsman, facing an invasion of blue-eyed wolves will be very overwhelmed and quickly run out of energy. Especially for the swordsman whose speed can be balanced by this wolf herd.
Therefore, Seeing that, Puguh added to his flow of energy, especially to his two hands.
Seeing the human who became his opponent silent for a moment, the wolf pack attacked again by jumping and pouncing towards Puguh.
Although many have been thrown by Puguh's blows, the wolf pack continues to attack like no end.
So then, Puguh avoid their safest by running on the wall of the ravine. Puguh's goal was to keep the wolf pack away from the cave where Puguh and his teacher.
The pack of wolves immediately chased Puguh by jumping and running on the ravine wall. This is where the blue-eyed wolf excels from other wild animals. They could run on the ravine wall just as fast as when they ran at the bottom of the cave.
Without feeling, Puguh ran on the wall of the cave, already very high. But when Puguh looked up, the distance of height he traveled only reached half of the overall depth of the abyss.
Recalling his teacher who was still below, Puguh darted back down by twisting while avoiding the lunge of the wolf that was nearby.
"If this continues, I can run out of energy" said Puguh in his heart.
Finally, upon returning to the bottom of the ravine, Puguh directed each strike of his punch towards the wolf's neck.
Paaaccckkk ! Paaaccckkk ! Paaaccckkk !
Every wolf that was hit by Puguh's punch, was not pushed and not thrown too far. However, once the wolf that was hit by Puguh's blow on his neck, would fall down and could not get up again due to fainting.
Ki Dwijo, who saw Puguh starting to knock many wolves unconscious, considered enough and then told Puguh back to the cave.
Hearing his teacher's orders, Puguh immediately ran around in such a way, to knock some wolves down to close the way for the other wolves for a while. Then quickly, Puguh caught up with his teacher entering the cave.
When he reached the cave, Puguh was just about to sit when at the mouth of the cave appeared two blue-eyed wolves that could quickly catch up with Puguh.
Surprised, Puguh immediately grabbed his sword lying where he usually sat resting. While pulling out the sword from its scabbard, Puguh began to drain his internal energy throughout his body and especially into his blade to block the two wolves from going too far into the cave.
But suddenly something astonishing happened. When the blade of the sword began to emit a bright green glow, the two wolves retreated back and moved away quickly out of the cave.
Seeing that, Ki Dwijo estimated, the wolf pack was scared by something contained in the bright green glow that came out from the blade of the sword.
"Let's bring out the sword that you've harnessed. And try to get closer to the wolf pack. Let's see their reaction !" ki Dwijo said giving orders to Puguh.
"Good teacher," replied Puguh as he then darted out of the cave towards the group of wolves that were still waiting outside.
As soon as Puguh stood some distance away from them with a sword whose blade emitted a bright green glow, the blue-eyed wolf paused and slowly stepped back with its mouth growling furiously.
The leader tried to get closer. The wolf reacted the same. Immediately retreat even with an expression of anger.
Seeing that, Puguh immediately returned to the cave and told his teacher about it.
"So right. All this time the blue-eyed wolf did not attack into the cave because there was something to be feared on the green glow that came out of the sword," Ki Dwijo said.
"It seems so teacher," replied Puguh.
"Alright ngger. From now on, we focus on practicing perfecting your mastery of swordsmanship from the books you get and increasing your inner strength. Once you've mastered it perfectly, we'll get out of here as soon as possible. Because, to climb the cave walls that high, it takes a very high level of inner power !" ki Dwijo.
