An hour passed. Naveen had taken a shower, changed his clothes, and was ready to go to work. But his brother— Xavier still tailed behind him like a duckling who lost his mother. Even now, as Naveen walked down the stairs to the kitchen, the older brother, who was now wearing only shorts and bare-chested, was still attached to him like a parasite.
"Stop following me, shit*n!" Naveen shut the fridge door hard after picking up a bottle of soda. It was obvious that the man was beginning to feel careless about the presence of the older brother.
Seeing the sister getting upset, Xavier just laughed a little. The man leaned his waist on the edge of the dining table casually, his hands folded in front of his chest. His face looked very comforted.
"I'll keep following you until you tell me who the girl you like is" Xavier said. This time it was a loud laugh. "Oh, I remember your words, she's an attractive girl, I love her. So, who's the girl you like?" Xavier raises both eyebrows to seduce his sister. "So, who's that girl? Is she pretty? I just caught a glimpse of it. Her hair is pink. Oh, she's an interesting girl."
The long, annoyingly pitched words from the older brother made the level of annoyance Naveen felt almost near the top. Almost. Just a little more.
"You know I'm gonna keep following you until I get the answer?" Xavier follows Naveen, who is now walking hurriedly into the living room, sitting on a single sofa preparing to wear shoes. "So, who's that girl?" ask again.
Naveen sighed. He knew that nothing could ever defeat Xavier's stubbornness in this world, perhaps even in the afterlife, no one would ever be able to match him. And now Naveen is eager to send his beloved brother to the Hereafter.
"Come, Nav. Tell me!"
Right, guys?
"He's the new owner of Arya's uncle's house. Are you satisfied?" Naveen started wearing his shoes quickly. "And now, stop following me!"
Naveen was about to stand up, but Xavier held him back with a question. Br*ngs!
"Isn't the owner of the house a middle-aged woman?" ask Xavier curiously. At least, that's what his mother said a while ago when they made a video call.
"He's his daughter."
"Waaahh!" Xavier exclaimed in spirit as he clapped his hands. "Is it pretty?"
Naveen grunted loudly. "Yes, she's so beautiful. To the point that I want to fuck her!" Naveen immediately grabbed the bag that was on his side. Staring at the older brother with a view of killing his mainstay. "Now stop following me. I have to go to work!" said grunt.
Xavier laughed again after Naveen went out of the house with his legs snapped, then heard the door slammed violently afterwards. Entertainment in the morning after he came home from a faraway place for business is to make his sister upset. That was so very very pleasant.
"Ah, I'm curious about the girl."
Xavier shrugged, started walking towards his room on the second floor to clean up or went back to sleep or I don't know.
Whatever. Who cares what Xavier's gonna do in that room.

The atmosphere in the car felt very tense according to Rallin. Since it was—after Rallin took the items left behind in his new home— Reiner never issued a word. Her lips were so tightly clenched that Rallin thought someone had deliberately glued glue to the cleft of her lips. Where is the chatty Reiner who was able to take out two hundred thousand words in one minute? Rallin's face turned sour at the thought of the question his conscience had just thrown out.
"So, who is he?"
"Him?" ask Rallin back. Pretending not to understand.
A loud snort came out from Reiner's cleft lip. " Yes, he. The man who greeted you earlier." His caramel-colored eyes still focused on the bustling streets.
"Oh, you mean Naveen?" Reiner nodded. " why? You jealous?" Rallin laughed as he watched the face of the man beside him turn sour.
"Diamond*n! Why should I be jealous?"
Rallin shrugged his shoulders. "Well, I'm just asking" she said, laughing. "After all, you and I have been together for a long time, so it could be if you're jealous—"
"Rallin?"
"Ah, okay, okay. Whatever." Rallin raised both hands of surrender. "He's the one who lives next door to my house, and the one who helped me clean the house" he explained, folding both hands in front of my chest. "Unlike someone who is always busy with his work."
Reiner grimaced. If he had not mistakenly concluded, had Rallin just insinuated it?
"You insinuating me?"
Rallin who was initially staring out the window where a dull sight was seen finally gazed towards Reiner. Her lips revealed a smile that was very sweet but looked creepy in Reiner's vision. Just like the angel of death who might take his life soon.
"Why? You're insinuated?" rallin asked with a look of surprise. "Good, I do intend to insinuate you" he continued, laughing. Reiner said nothing more as his heart turned crap.
Rallin immediately removed the seatbelt that was wrapped around his body when Reiner's car stopped and came out afterwards. He slightly bent his body to look at Reiner.
"Fetch me at eleven" he said, trying to shift Reiner's focus on people passing by his workplace. It seems like the man is upset with her. Secretly Rallin smirked in satisfaction.
"Why? Didn't you come home yesterday afternoon?"
Rallin shrugged his shoulders. "Well, just pick me up at eleven or I'll kick you into space."
Reiner laughed. His sense of regret evaporated just like that when he heard Rallin's laugh which he thought was not funny at all. "OKAY. I'll pick you up at eleven. After that we had lunch together."
Rallin brandished his thumb a sign of agreement. "alright. I can't wait to spend all your money, "he said in a joking tone. "Hopefully your busy day is fun, Reiner. I love you."
Rallin again laughed loudly when he heard the swearing coming out of Reiner's mouth. He began to step foot into the building where he worked after Reiner's car was completely invisible. Every now and then, the spring woman smiled as someone greeted her.
