Chapter 6
Arriving at the hospital, Aria asks Melissa's room at the reception desk.
After getting Melissa's room number, Aria headed to the seventh floor devoted to VIP patients.
Aria stopped in front of Melissa's closed nursery door. He raised his hand hesitantly wanting to open that door.
She heard Melissa's voice from inside looking like she was chatting merrily.
As Aria peeked out from behind the small glass on the door, she saw the Derrick family having a warm chat with Stefan and Emily.
Kevin sat down with Melissa in the patient's clothes and peeled an orange for her. He took care of her like a husband. They are like a friendly couple.
Aria clenched her hands at the side of her body looking at the scene from behind the glass.
Everyone's faces were very cheerful, unlike Derrick's family was troubled by the news of Melissa's pregnancy containing Kevin's child who was Aria's fiance.
Aria took a deep breath, she tried to think positively to calm herself down. He then opened Melissa's nursery door.
Everyone looked at me to hear the door open.
The faces of everyone in the room changed to see Aria coming. Melissa silently grinned before turning her face into fear.
“Ka-kak Aria .. why are you here.” He gripped Kevin's hand tightly and curled up beside Kevin as if he was scared by Aria's presence.
Kevin's expression looked dark looking at Aria.
“Aria, why are you here?” hissing with a cold voice.
Everyone in the room also stared at Aria dislikefully, including the Derrick family.
Aria gulped nervously. But he ventured.
“I want to ask for an explanation about Melissa.”'s pregnancy Aria looked at Kevin, her fiance
“Kevin, what is your relationship with Melissa and what does she mean she contains ana—“
“After what you did to Melissa, you still dare to come here?!” Emily cuts off Aria's words quickly and snapped at her.
“It wasn't my fault. I didn't know that Melissa ha—“
Melissa did not want Aria to dismantle the scheme that was done to trap her. He cuts off Aria's speech and grabs Kevin's shirt.
“Kevin, I'm afraid ..” he said anxiously.
Kevin looked over and won it gently.
“Don't worry, I won't let him hurt you.”
Kevin then looked at Aria with a sharp look.
“Aria I suggest you get out of here before my patience runs out. You already hurt Melissa and caused Melissa to almost lose my son!”
Aria's breath was choked to hear Kevin's words.
“Kevin, I didn't even know Melissa was pregnant. But you didn't give me any explanation as to why Melissa could get pregnant? You betrayed me?”
His eyes glazed over at Kevin sadly.
Kevin threw his face away.
“Don't cuss and twist facts!” exclaim Emily.
“You obviously knew Melissa was pregnant with Kevin's child, so you hated her and pushed her off the stairs. You even told him to drop his contents! You're a cruel, heartless girl to your sister! Melissa loves you as her sister!” emily was full of anger.
Melissa sobbed on her bed while hugging her stomach.
