Why did Nath get to the cafe?

Who told Nath?l Who instigated Nath? then what's the purpose?

Dhika tries to calm her mind, and returns to her car to return to the office. On the way back to the office, Dhika calls her best friend Jay.

" Jay, where are you? I need your help now" Dhika told Jay.

Then Dhika drove her car quickly to a cafe to meet with Jay.

Arriving at the cafe,
