Eight

The night was getting late but Aldo did not come home yet. Samuel sat on the bed waiting for his roommate to come home.

While Darel and Nando may have slept in their room.

"Whatever the child is, it's rich midnight gini, haven't come home yet" he grumbled.

He lay down his body on the mattress, trying to close his eyes a few times. But free, Samuel continued to worry about Aldo, his sleepiness never came.

Where's Aldo?

Did Aldo get lost?

Ja. Aldo's new to this place, where he memorizes the streets around here.

Samuel shook his head, dismissing all the bad thoughts about Aldo. Aldo is his age. He should be able to think of finding his way home if he really got lost, but how?

Samuel rubbed his face rough.

the sound of the door opening, made Samuel spontaneously sit down.

"Aldo!" Samuel breathed a sigh of relief. Finally his friend came home too. "Where the hell is that? gini rich midnight just got home. You want to be the bat that runs around every night, huh?"

Aldo smiled slightly. He sat on the bed next to Samuel. "Gue had business."

"Rusan lo, don't take time," Samuel was upset. What kind of business does Aldo do until midnight like this?

Samuel was about to ask, but Aldo spoke first.

"Sam, I'm curious about what you said that Bu Rani cut earlier."

Samuel tilted his head, remembering. "Oh that one."

Aldo raised one eyebrow, his gaze straight at Samuel. What's so funny?

Aldo was silent. Talking to Samuel can drain his patience. Wait, Samuel said...."Bella ran away scared?"

"Well, because you want to do anything, right? Maybe Bella's not ready yet." Samuel laughed again.

"Gue seriously, Sam." Aldo's tone turned cold.

Samuel gulped, then smiled at Aldo. Kasian was also his friend from earlier waiting for the right answer. "So gini, Al. because he was caught sleeping during Bu Rani's lesson. Miss Rani is angry, keep ngusir Bella deh, from class."

Nando who just came out of the room. approached three friends who had eaten his food in the middle room.

Nando observed the three plates of food on the table. The three themes had already taken their food rations, then..."Where is food for me?"

Silent. There's no answer. Only the clanking of spoons and plates was heard.

"WHICH FOOD AM I EATING?" This time Nando shouted. Maybe his friend has ear pain.

Still no answer. Nando grunting. Being ignored, his heart hurts so much. In retrospect Nando had no fault with his three friends. More often his three friends make mistakes with him.

Nando clucked, "lo all the heart! masa, cook for the three of you, this house is four!" 

"Gue aja cook alone, Samuel was cooking just for him with Aldo, doang." Darel sneered, then returned to bribe his breakfast.

Nando hit Samuel on the back, and Samuel coughed at the food. "Lo cook just for you and Aldo?"

Samuel put the glass he just used to drink, to the table. "why are you jealous, my cooking is just me to make Aldo doang?"

Nando stuck out his tongue, as if his bowels wanted to come out when he heard Samuel say.

Why is Nando jealous? Samuel disappeared from Nando's bumipun face even happier.

"Eat the school canteens, now we are on the hunt to leave" said Aldo flat.

"Aren't you eating your food?" samuel asked, seeing that Aldo's plate was still full of food. Did Aldo really eat it? if you think Aldo only ate three mouthfuls. Is it full? or is the food not good?

"Gue's full." Aldo stood up and took the bag beside him.

Samuel nodded in disbelief. The rest of the meal was that much, Aldo said it was full?

"i'm the one who finished it." Nando took Aldo's leftover plate. "Updas a handsome man, let me hear the handsome." 

Nando had not eaten it. Samuel snatched the plate that Nando was holding, put it back on the table. "no, we'll be late."

"What a hell of a lo sam," said Nando half-cried.

Aldo left the house first, Samuel followed him.

"Rel, laper." Nando held onto his belly, wishing Darel more attention than Samuel and Aldo.

"Jude, eat in the cafeteria." Darel melengos gone.

Nando simply stroked his chest while stroking a rough breath. All his friends are useless. Nando took a spoonful of Aldo's leftover food, one bribe might be enough to prop up his stomach.

Darel came back, pulled Nando's hand. "Breakfast is only dikantin!"
