This morning Dira had an appointment with Anastasya's doctor to check up on her womb. Yes, now Dira's pregnancy has almost entered the age of 3 months.

Dira is tidy. So will her beloved husband, who will take her.

They are both in Fahri's car to Victoria International Hospital. Fahri drove his car at a moderate pace over the capital's not-so-jammed streets that morning.

At around 10:02 WIB they finally arrived at the hospital. After registering first at the registration counter as usual, they both waited in the waiting room of the polyclinic where Anastasya's doctor practices.

"On behalf of Mrs Nadira...!"

Dira and Fahri got up from their seats. And went into the doctor's office Anastasya.

"For Madam Nadira... Morning Mr. Fahri." greet doctor Anastasya kindly while shaking hands with the two of them. It seems that Anastasya doctor has started to know and familiar with the couple, because indeed Dira had several check-ups before his current arrival.

"Morning also Doc." Reply the two of them are no less friendly. Sitting in the chair in front of Dr. Anastasya.

"How are you today Mrs Nadira...?" smiling warmly while flipping through Dira's medical record file.

"Very good Doc, thank you...!" sahut Dira smiled no less warm.

"Thank God then." still smiling.

"The development has also been very good so far, Madam. No severe nausea and vomiting. Even the appetite has also increased, right...?"

"It's so thick Doc." said Dira steadily with a smile.

Doctor Anastasya smiled again.

"Sus, please be attentive first." he told the assistant who was standing not far from him.

"Well Doc," he nodded.

The nurse also prepared a digital tensimeter equipment. Then start measuring the tension of the Dira.

"110/60 mmHg Doc, normal" said the nurse as she removed the tensimeter device from Dira's arm.

"Ok," nods Dr. Anastasya.

"Let's lay Madam Nadira. We're USG,"

"Well Doc," nodded Dira as she moved from her seat. And lay in a bed not far from the table of Dr. Anastasya.

Doctor Anastasya began to apply jelly on the surface of Dira's stomach which began to bulge. The jelly removes a layer of air over the skin of the abdomen that can reflect back sound waves from the transducer.

Then Dr. Anastasya began to move the ultrasound device over Dira's stomach. And before long, the image of Dira's uterus and its contents began to reflect through the monitor screen in the form of a sonogram (image information).

"Well, congratulations Mrs Nadira and Mr. Fahri...!" doctor Anastasya suddenly exclaimed. "At the ultrasound examination this time, it was detected that Mrs Nadira was pregnant with twins!"

"yes Madam. Try Mrs Dira and Mr. Fahri look at this screen. Here there are 2 pregnancy bags, which means there are 2 fetuses there!" clearly Dr. Anastasya while pointing to the monitor screen.

Instantly Dira's mouth gaping a little so unreliable, both hands to cover his gaping mouth. Fahri himself seemed very moved to hear news like this.

"Indeed, usually a new twin pregnancy can be detected when the gestational age is between 10 to 13 weeks.." Anastasya doctor continued to return while continuing to move the ultrasound device over Dira's stomach.

"Based on the results of the examination, it is likely that the baby candidates Madam Nadira and Mr. Fahri are identical twins by sharing a single placenta.." he again explained, "These identical twins develop from one egg that splits into two, called monozygotic (MZ). Because they come from the same egg, monozygotic twins have the same DNA..."

Dira and Fahri looked mangosteen. Dira's face emits a haru taste that is so bloated, as if still in disbelief it turns out that in his womb has grown 2 fetuses that will become his future baby later.

"The gender will only be identified when Mrs Nadira's pregnancy enters weeks 18 to 20. Mrs and Mrs, please come back here if you want to know the gender of your baby..."

"Although most monozygotic twins have the same sex, it does not rule out the possibility of your twins will be different sex, namely baby boys and girls..."

Dira and Fahri were bearded again.

"Ok, it's obvious." Doctor Anastasya closes back the clothes Dira who was revealed to pop his distended stomach. "May you sit down, madam, again,"

Dira slowly got up from the bed. Then led Fahri back to sit in front of the doctor Anastasya.

"So far the development of the fetus is good and normal. Keep a healthy diet, Madam. And should still avoid activities that are too heavy..."

"The vitamin is still as usual. Please redeem it later at the pharmacy." while writing on the prescription paper. "Then the last, do not forget to keep drinking routine pregnant milk." he said smiling, handing Dira a prescription paper.

Dira smiled broadly, "Okay Doc. Thank you very much.." while receiving the prescription paper given by Anastasya's doctor.

The doctor smiled back in a friendly smile, "Just like Madam,"

"Thank you Doc." now Fahri who said a smile no less widely.

"Sama-sama Mister.." repeated doctor Anastasya smiling back.

Before saying goodbye, they shook hands with Anastasya's doctor.
