It's been 2 days Ryan's been hospitalized, Alex just told Lily that Ryan had business out of the island for a few days, of course Lily believes. But Lily looked sad because for the first time Ryan left without saying goodbye or not calling even a video call from her was not adopted.

Lily really does not know that actually Ryan is experiencing a critical period in the hospital, it has been 2 days Ryan is still lying weak because of the loss of a lot of blood. With the treatment of doctor Andre, the wound was quickly recovered. It's just that the gunshot wound on his arm still looks wet .

Alex faithfully always waits for Ryan at the hospital, occasionally Alex comes to the House to make sure Lily is okay.
