Hendrik immediately stepped out of the hospital to the airport while grumbling in his heart.

Long story short now Hendrik is already in country A and has been standing at the main door of the address designated by Paul. A bodyguard opened the main door and in front was a butler waiting for Hendrik.

" Please sir." Said the butler kindly.

The butler walked over and was followed by Hendrik to the living room.

" Mister Alex." Call Hendrik in surprise

" Mister Hendrik, why are you here?" asked Mr. Alex in a surprised tone

" I'm sorry sir isn't my boss the great young master Paulinus asked me to come here?" asked Hendrik to answer the question with a question.

" Large young master Paulinus?" Re-examining Alex in a confused tone.

" Yes he said I was told to come here because I was talking about business." Hendrik

" Have we not talked about yesterday?" ask sir Alex

" Then I apologize sir there may be a mistake, I'll excuse you first sir." Pamit Hendrik while cursing young master Paulinus in the heart because his journey was in vain especially he wanted to find his lover Maria.

" Don't master we better eat together especially master far - far away from the country of Indonesia" said Mr. Alex

" I'm sorry my master doesn't want to trouble you." Hendrik subtly refused.

" No hassle let's have a meal together as I introduce my wife and daughter." Said sir Alex.

Hendrik just resigned and followed Mr. Alex to the dining table. His wife had finished cooking.

" Dear our daughter hasn't been home from college?" ask Mr. Alex while sitting on the chair as well as Hendrik.

Hendrik's heart skipped a beat hearing the much-missed voice and made his heart unsettled. Hendrik stood up and turned his body.

" Mary." call Hendrik in a surprised tone.

Maria only smiled at a glance then turned her face and walked towards her mommy then kissed the back of her mommy hand and continued with her daddy. Mary sat across from her mommy and daddy.

" Mister Hendrik knows my daughter?" ask sir Alex

" Know sir." Hendrik answered while sitting next to Maria but Maria was reluctant to look at Hendrik.

" Where does Mr Hendrik know?" ask Alex

" Call me lord Hendrik, I know by chance that Mary was friendly with the young mistress Paulinus and by chance the great young master Paulinus was my boss." Reply Hendrik

Mr. Alex nodded his head in understanding.

" That time Mr. Alex wanted to match the princess' daughter to me, was that true?" asked Hendrik while drinking mineral water.

" Yes right, my biological daughter Maria is next to you but because Hendrik's son already has a lover so I cancelled the match. I'm going to match my daughter up with my other business friends and come here tomorrow." Said mr. Alex

" Why Hendrik?" ask sir Alex

" Can the match be annulled?" hendrik asked without answering Alex's question.

" It could be if my daughter brought her candidate but unfortunately the candidate cheated so I betrothed to my business friend's son." Said mr. Alex

Hendrik turned his face towards Maria while staring intently.

" Who is your candidate?" Asked Hendrik suspiciously

Hendrik tried to digest Maria's words after some time he finally understood.

" Are you accusing me of cheating?" Ask Hendrik

" Didn't that time Hendrik said he was going to find my replacement?" mary answered the question with a question.

" Pfffttt hahahaha.I joke darling why you take it seriously." Hendrik said with a laugh.

" Your jokes aren't funny." Mary said as she took the food into the plate.

Hendrik gripped Maria's hand while looking at her face.

" I'm sorry, if my dress is outrageous, please marry me." Hendrik said pleading.

" I'm sorry, I've already received an arranged marriage maybe we are not a match. What's more, Hendrik's very handsome brother must have liked Hendrik's brother like Hendrik's brother, the story of that time." Maria said as she pulled her hand.

Maria was silent but her eyes began to tear up making Hendrik smile and hug Maria.

Hendrik and Maria immediately let go of his embrace and smiled at Alex and his wife.

" When are you getting married?" ask Mr. Alex without saying anything trite

" I'm sorry sir, will Maria be betrothed? will the match be cancelled?" asked Hendrik expectantly.

" I'll betroth Maria but with you we already know you're a couple." Answer me, Alex

" Where did you know we were lovers?" Hendrik asked in a confused tone.
