LAST WILD RACE

It was a happy night for Grace and Andika. The tenth anniversary of his marriage became a benchmark, that happiness became perfection in the household to achieve the word harmony.

Many people envy the couple Andika and Grace who seem relaxed in living the wheels of her domestic life. It never seemed that the two of them were arguing over even small matters or big matters.

The evening was very smooth and pleasant until midnight.

Grace walked over to the busy Andika with her phone while enjoying the cold night. Grace had finished delivering some of her friends and friends who said goodbye back to the front fence of the park.

Andika closed her phone screen and placed the phone right next to the coffee cup in front of her.

Just look, there is no mercy if you get home," replied Andika slowly as she pulled down Grace's nose sitting in front of her while propping up her chin with both hands. Andika smiled widely as she blinked one eye giving a hard code to Grace, that tonight would be a happy night for both of them.

"Alas, dear, no longer," said Grace laughing while raising her hand and showing her two fingers to knock the number two which means peace or peace.

"Still a long time Grace?" asked Andika softly because she was tired of being in a crowd like this.

Today was a difficult day for Andika. Two days ago, Anna, her secretary who has served in the Andika company, suddenly resigned because of family problems. Andika's hand touched and gently grasped both of Grace's hands on the table.

"Until now promise to stay with me Grace. Mas, can not live without you," said Andika sincerely from the heart.

Grace looked closely at the two dark net Andika who looked honest and very sincere.

"Isn't that what we're supposed to keep, not just promises. Forgive me for my attitude, Mom. It's time I didn't think about my career" Grace said slowly. There is one problem that arises at the beginning of their marriage to make the two had a feud and silence each other for several months.

Understandably, both are still very young and have brilliant careers in their fields.

Grace's words recalled that time, a time that had passed ten years ago. It was a difficult time for the two of them to understand each other. Those lessons and experiences made them finally aware of each other's mistakes.

Marriage unites differences and neither compels nor demands one another.

"Yuk go home, look it has begun to quiet," said Andika slowly. He did not want to recall the events of several years ago at the beginning of his marriage. The atmosphere made Andika feel an incredible heartache. The wound that had succeeded in Andika's arm as if tonight again felt the pain.

The look of Andika's face that changed was very felt by Grace. Grace took a long breath. He himself has spoken wrongly. Saying something that makes Andika hurt and disappointed.

Grace tried to smile sweetly and nodded her head slowly.

"Yuk we go home," said Grace slowly and then stood up and put her hand between the hands of Andika who had stood first.

Both of them walked to the car park. No word or talk. Both seem silent a thousand languages.

Andika is silent with hidden inner wounds and Grace is silent because she regrets her words that just escaped her tiny lips.

Arriving at the parking lot, without a word Andika opened the left car door for Grace.

"Thank you Mas" said Grace softly to Andika who tried hard to cover all her disappointment that night.

Andika closed the car door again after Grace entered and sat in the front seat next to the driver's seat. Andika walked around the car while closing her eyes. Try as calm as possible by taking long, deep breaths and then slowly exhaling.
