Lessons for Rio

Me and Daren have arrived at one of the ice cream shops. I pick all the flavors up to a full big bowl.

"Not yet?" daren asked worried about seeing my big bowl.

"Resid dong!" I said enthusiastically as I put one taste into my mouth.

Daren only buys two flavors. Vanilla and chocolate flavor.

"Gig!" I said happy.

"Daren, try it!" I spooned the mango flavor and thrust it into Daren.

"Gee... Delicious too! Want to try other flavors dong" said Daren while referring to blueberry-flavored ice cream.

I thrust my big bowl towards Daren."Take it yourself Daren... We'll eat together!" I said as I kept putting ice cream in my mouth.

Daren smiled."Okay fine! We're together yaaa..."

I nodded."But buy it again, huh?"I said jokingly while laughing softly.

"Can! Would you like me to buy it from the factory?" daren said enthusiastically.

"Huh?" I gawked at Daren who was busy eating ice cream with a different taste without sin.

This morning I went to the office early. I'm so worried about Nina. I hope he's okay now.

I looked back at the watch placed on my left hand. Is Nina really long? At eight in the morning he had not arrived.

"GOODNESS!" Nina jumped in shock to see me sitting sweet in my beloved room.

"Why did the morning tumben come? I was surprised!" nina said in surprise while looking at me.

"Hehe... You all right, Nin?" my many.

Nina walked towards me and held my eel using the back of her hand.

"Gue should have said that! You healthy? Dateng early in the morning, not as usual." said Nina.

I cringed."Healthy dong! Why are you holding onto my eel?!" reply upset.

"Anything... Kirain was sick again yesterday!" nina ngeselin.

"I'm worried to know... Yesterday we did not have time to meet again when it ran out of the rampage at the police station." I said slowly.

Nina chuckles."Yeah-yes. I was really scared yesterday. But now it's okay. Oh yes, from now on if you don't bring a car, I wait until you return. I want to be in the morning again... I waitin!"

I looked at Nina moved."Uhhh Nina, you're my true best friend" I said showing one of the cartoons I've seen.

Nina and I laughed.

"Now, work... Your work from yesterday!" nina said as she placed two stacks of maps onto my desk.

I stared at the two piles of maps. So many turns out...

"NINAAAA PLEASE!" yell frustrations. Nina just glanced at me and walked out of my room. Leaving me alone.

Time off. I walked out of the office to get my order. All of you are tired because you have been in the room all day.

"Sir! If not an employee do not use the elevator dong!"

I heard the loud voice of a man. As I walked towards the elevator, I saw a fifty-year-old man, carrying a parcel sitting on the floor, constantly apologizing.

"Only doang food, use through the elevator everything! Can you get through the stairs? So spoiled!" said the voice again, this time while laughing loudly.

I walked over and crouched down to help the father who turned out to be the ojek."Come on sir, get up. Don't sit here, dirty."

His uncle got up and cleaned his dirty pants."Thanks son." he said slowly.

I circulated my gaze, many employees were in and out of the elevator, they greeted me kindly. There was a man standing in front of the elevator. He lowered his head like he was avoiding me. I looked at him, I knew who he was.

Ting!

The elevator door opened and the man went inside.

"Rio! To my room now." I said firmly. This guy I know named Rio came straight out of the elevator and came up to me.

"Well, are you pretending you don't see me? You think I'm stupid!" I said loud. Until some employees looked.

"Ma-maaf ma'am Nayla." Rio said stammered.

"Shut your mouth and shut me up now!" i said absolute.

I hate his disrespectful attitude so much. In fact, could he have hurt an older person? After I asked it turned out, the ojek father that Rio pushed earlier was the ojek father who delivered my order.

Rio assented and directly walked towards my room. Rio is indeed known to be arrogant by some of my employees. He said, not infrequently he demeaned and even insulted new employees whose positions were lower than him.

"His father was not wrong. Everyone who has business and goes into this office, has the right to use the elevator." I said.

His father smiled kindly."Thank you, son... I'm willing to take another order,"

"Thank you again, sir." I said returning his father's friendly smile. I forgot to give a tip for my dad.

After I finished taking my order, I entered my room. I saw Rio bowing his head. I sat down on the chair and invited Rio to sit in front of me.

I called Nina for help.

"Mrs. Come here for a minute." I said briefly and then turned off the phone.

Nina came into my room soon."What's up, ma'am?"

"Please check the Cctv on the first floor near the elevator" I said firmly.

"Well." answered Nina and left immediately.

"Mom I'm sorry... I promise I won't do anything like that again" Rio said.

I looked at him sharply."Doing like what?"

"Sa-my.." said Rio stammered. Looks a little panicked.

I opened the chocolate map that Rio used two years ago to apply for a job at my company. "Mending you shut up. Let's wait for Nina for a minute."

Rio was silent while looking down.

Geck! Geck! Geck!

"Lake in." I said.

Nina walked in, I directly told her to sit next to Rio.

"How's it?" my many.

Nina's been beating."At 12:33 Rio pushed an ojek father from the elevator, at 12:35 Rio forbade ojek father to use the elevator, at 12:37 Rio laughed while humbling the ojek father" said Nina detail.

I nodded while looking at Rio sharply.

"I-I'm sorry Miss Nayla! I promise not to repeat my bad deeds. And I won't demean others anymore" Rio pleaded.

"It's not just outsiders you're denigrating. Employees who just work at my company are also often you underestimate, right?" my many.

Rio was silent for a moment."Sa-me..."

"What are you working for in my company? What height is your department here? Shouldn't you be a good example and help your new junior?" I said sharp.

Rio's down."I regret. I will never repeat my stupid mistakes again. Please give me one more chance, Miss Nayla."

"What are your guarantees, if you want to change after I give you a chance?" my many.

"Bu Nayla can fire me" he said confidently.

If you are still like now, I will not hesitate to fire you! And don't expect that after you get out of here you can work for another company." I said sharply, threateningly. Rio should be taught a little lesson.

"I-I'm sorry, ma'am. I promise I won't repeat it again. I promise I won't waste the opportunity that Nayla loves."

I went out of the room, there was one more thing I had to do.

"Now, come with me." I answered briefly.
