"For you mas, and this is for you brother." said Kei by putting two fresh mango juice.
Zain immediately drank, even though it was only a few sips. In contrast to Ken, the widower immediately spent the toilet juice without waste. Kei shook his head. "You want to add a ka?"
"Gak de's. Brother needs Zain's explanation, why bring a foreign woman home." replied Ken with a directed look at Zain.
Zain glanced at Kei, Kei understood what her husband meant. "So that woman was the teacher tutoring the twins. Miss Ery's name, came today and just came home. Then, what happened to her?"
Zain pulled Kei's hand to sit next to him. Ken was still patiently waiting for an explanation, as Kei only explained the lightest points. There must be a heavy point that is the reason Kei's expression is not calm.
"So on the way to the project. The cab we were riding in hit someone, Ken who checked. But when Ken asks for a seat tuker and intends to take the victim to the hospital. I got out of the car and accidentally saw his face. And so, I take it home. It wasn't badly hurt, and maybe something happened to her. I don't know." explains Zain, clasping Kei's hand.
Ken observed every change in Kei's expression. Kei's face looked stiff and cheeks met red, something Kei hid. Didn't Zain realize that? How conscious, every time near Kei. Hands and eyes are not always conducive. "Ekhem! Zain this living room! Kei can help me take care of baby Zee?"
"To Ken! Without being asked for sure I wholeheartedly take care of baby Zee. Is there a cure or something else you should tell Ken about?" Kei looked at Ken like a sister to his brother.
Ken nodded, but glanced at Zain. Kei knew what his brother meant, what about his big baby. "Quiet ka. Mas Zain must understand, a little less time will not be a problem. Is it not mas?"
Kei's blink of an eye, making Zain melt. The burly hand was preparing to clutch the wife's sweet lips. But Zain's heart's desire failed miserably, as the voice of a woman with a distinctive chirping sound was heard.
"People are late in the afternoon Mr. Zain, Mrs Kei and Ms. Ken. Where's patient? Or the sick Ken's cross? Here let Aurel check." said a mature woman with absurd behavior.
Kei held back a laugh, every time Doctor Aurel came. Surely Ken chose to run away, but today was too late. "Dok, come with me. I'll show you the patient's room."
"Thanks. Best." muttered Ken brandishing his two thumbs.
Kei nodded, at least being able to escape from Zain by helping his older brother. Kei and Doctor Aurel walk together to leave the living room, now Zain and Ken are staying. The house is quiet, because the twins are taking a nap. And Arya's dad and Raina's mom are still busy keeping baby Zee in the room.
"Is there anything I'm missing? The twins' private teacher, what else?" ken's innuendo.
Zain got up from his place and walked out of the living room. The wave of Zain's hand, made Ken come to wake up and become the tail of Zain's footsteps. Both of them entered the workspace which was definitely airtight. Zain opens one of the drawers and picks up a blue map, to give to Ken. "This is a cooperation agreement. Check that. Miss Ery the best recommendation teacher from one renowned educational institution."
"One stranger came in. No more strangers." Ken reminds Zain, as Zain subtly refuses about hiring a nurse for baby Zee.
"i know's. Give me my phone, I want to know the progress of the base." said Zain and sat in his chair.
Ken reached into his pocket and gave him two phones at once. It's up to Zain to use whose cell phone. With his eyes focused, Ken read every point. Until the last point was too ambiguous for him. What does it mean to ask for a guarantee of residence? Is that woman a bum? Or running away from their own home?
"Zain, what does the last point in clause 5 mean?" ask Ken and still digest every point.
"He just came to Indonesia. There is no family or residence here. The requirement of housing guarantee becomes the main point, because without it it will certainly be confused to find a place to live. I'm preparing the back hut. He'll stay there." explained Zain as he fiddled with his phone.
Ken understands. Now everything's clear, but Kei's face? What's going on is actually. Is there another problem. "Zain, was Kei angry just because of the phone this morning? Or is there another problem?"
Zain stopped his busy life and looked at Ken. Ken, who had noticed the middle of the view, closed the map in his hand. "What's wrong?"
"I think Kei's anger was just over the phone this morning. Today I came out, didn't I ask my wife anything. I'll ask you later." Zain replied ambiguously.
"Good idea. Hold Kei down, and order me a bouquet of red roses. I'm leaving first." said Zain and brought his phone.
Ken chuckled at Zain's nine-five spirit. The longer the couple's relationship, Zain's attitude gets hotter. Aggressive and possessive. Even now, Kei has to come out if there is himself or the husband. And Kei chose to shop online or send a list to spend. At least Kei was unwilling to keep Zain busy with trivial matters.
Triings…..
One message distracts Ken from his daydream. "Who is it?"
By opening one swipe, a notification message appears in several tens of chats. But the ringing-pitched chat, was definitely one of the most important people in his life. Ken's eyes blinked after opening a single message. Messages that have no sensors at all. "Crazy basic! But wait a minute. This is?"
I'd better shut up. I want to see baby Zee. How is my daughter. If it were not too late. Maybe at this time fragrant cuisine wife spread throughout the house. But the rice is already porridge and time will never return. ~ Inner Ken.
Ken's footsteps walked toward the door of the study, not yet had his steps away. The door opened and someone entered with their face down. Ken understood what the person in front of him needed. "Sit down first. We'll talk nicely and calmly."
"Okay." replied the man and walked up to Ken and now the two sat facing each other.
Ken took out a glass of water on the table, thrusting it into the person in front of him. "Drink and say what's up? What's bugging you?"
Gluug…
Gluug…
Gluug…
Tuk…
His thirst seemed to be a thirst freshener. His fingers are interlocked. Ken grasped both hands, rubbing them affectionately. "Say when it's ready. Don't push yourself."
"I…."
Ken listened carefully. Now he understands one situation from two points of view. Whatever has happened, let it be. But the future cannot be repeated. Gently, Ken wiped away the falling tears. "All will be fine. I'm not giving up. Whatever happens, make sure we hold on. Every effort will get good results. Don't think of yourself. I'm there for you forever. As long as my breath is still in the body."
