14. The story of Mr. Arshaka

...Flashback...

Cordelia was the only child of Arshaka, whose mother Okta and Farrel, married a man named Darian. Their marriage did not get the blessing of Mr. Arshaka. Because Darian just wants to target Cordelia's company.

During her life Cordelia closed her family background, because she wanted to be independent without the help of her father. Cordelia finally succeeded at a young age to become the CEO of her own company. Darian's got Cordelia's heart. They married and gave birth to Farrell and Okta.

Darian eventually falls in love with Cordelia. There was no longer any intention to take away his wealth. But unfortunately Cordelia's best friend named Erina put envy, spite towards him. He destroys his household by having an affair with Darian. She said she had given birth to Darian's child. Cordelia gave birth to Okta.

Cordelia asked Darian for an explanation. Instead of the explanation she gets, Darian accuses Cordelia of having an affair with her best friend and giving birth to Okta. It's all engineering from Erina.

Cordelia's heartache, on a cold night, accompanied by the rush of rain and lightning, Cordelia drove her car and drove fast. Without him realizing Farrel was in the back seat asleep exhausted playing hide-and-seek with his friend. Unable to control the speed of his car, Cordelia crashes into a Trailer Truck. This incident sounds like Mr. Arshaka. He himself went straight to the scene. Cordelia died on the spot, Farrel was quite badly injured.

While in the hospital, Darian did not see Farrel or Cordelia. Mr. Arshaka decided to bury Cordelia to Country C and Farrel was treated by her. While Okta's presence is considered to bring bad luck because of Cordelia's affair child. Okta was therefore tortured, persecuted by Erina and her son Dimas.

Until Okta disappears, Darian realizes that Okta is her biological child after she overhears Erina talking to Dimas. And Darian finds out that Erina and Dimas have falsified Darian's will for Dimas. Unbeknownst to Erina and Dimas, Darian makes the original will that the ownership of the company and its wealth to his biological children Farrel and Okta therefore not his but Cordelia's.

...Off Flashback...

The Arshaka residence.

"Farrel, how's your sister doing?" ask Mr. Arshaka.

"It's time you went to Country A." Said Mr. Arshaka.

"What's the cake?"

"Your father is now in a critical state. His wife and stepson were planning to kill him, fortunately grandfather's men managed to find your father and take care of him in the hospital." Mr. Arshaka took his breath. "Grandfather has forgiven your father, all grandfather needs right now is you and Okta. Even though Grandfather was furious over their treatment of Okta but grandfather could still feel your father's regret."

"But not with his wife and stepson, now grandfather leave everything to you because you are an adult. You are free to do anything. If you need to use your grandfather's power against them." Order of Mr. Arshaka.

"Good Cake, will Farrel think."

"Farrel, remember, your stepmother is so mean. He caused your mother to die. He's friends with black magic." Mr. Arshaka warned.

"How did Farrel deal with Cake?"

"Use your bracelet." Point Mr. Arshaka to Farrel's bracelet. "Your bracelet is your protector."

The bracelet Okta and Farrel wear is a bracelet that is passed down from the Arshaka family. The bracelet itself chooses who will be its master. His job is to protect the Arshaka family.
