Rama closed his eyes for a while, trying to get his emotions to stop. Rama stared at the ceiling of the house considering how he and Rena used to be, very happy even though only they and some of his closest friends knew.
Although Rama used to frequent the club' night but he never played women at all because his heart had been entrusted almost completely to Rena.
Rama and Rena have known since sitting in First High School he came from the same city until finally when Rena graduated Junior High he continued his School outside the City.
At that time Rama had already entered High School.
"Ram, I'm going to go to school outside of town my parents are going to work there". Said Rena when saying goodbye to Rama that time
"Don't change Ram, I love you. I'm sorry, I can't go to school in the same place as you". Continue Rena while hugging Rama
"Take care of yourself Ren, I'll understand Ren why you have to go". Rama hugged Rena too. And unconsciously the tears both of them were dripping
Although they have known for a long time and can be said to be in a relationship without status, Rama and Rena just inaugurated their relationship a week before Rena was announced to be accepted to study abroad. So, in the beginning after they formalized their relationship, Rama and Rena still remain Long Distance Relationship (LDR) .
They agreed not to tell their relationship to others. Rama did not have time to take Rena out of the country first, because Rama had to hear the thesis at that time.
So only Rachel and Justin have brought her along since High School because of one school.
"I'm sorry Ren, I should have sent you to the airport". Rama said on the phone
"Nothing Ram, you just focus on your college". Ren replied sadly
"You don't get angry. I'll try to see you as soon as I need to get out of the country to see you". Rama convinced Rena
"Yes, I already want to board". Rena hung up
Months have passed, the relationship of Rama and Rena still remain flat not progress or setbacks just limited to telephone questions and news and other pleasantries.
Rama has completed his studies and earned his bachelor's degree, Rena is still studying abroad and only comes home once he can not meet with Rama because of a short time.
Exactly their 1st Anniversary, Rama finally followed Rena abroad without telling Rena because she wanted to give a surprise.
Right on Rama's departure, Rena sent a message of Anniversary greeting to Rama as well as Rama who replied to the message.
It took a long journey for Rama to get there, from Rama airport directly contact Edo to pick up Rama's belongings.
It just so happens that Edo is in the same country as Rena. Edo who at the time was taking the semester finally.
"Hey Bro". Sapa Edo as he approached Rama at the arrival gate

The two of them separated and Rama stopped the taxi directly to Rena's campus.
On the way Rama bought some flowers and small cakes as gifts for Rena, and certainly a special gift for Rena as well which is the reason to come all the way just to give directly to Rena.
The taxi finally stopped after a few hours drive in front of a campus with a typical European style building.
"Hello Ren". Rama said calmly
"Yes Ram. Happy Anniversary 1 year". Rena's screams are clearly heard in Rama's ears
"You know where I am". Rama asked as he walked closer to Rena
"Where's Ram? Well in....". Rena turned around when there was a person who was embracing her from behind
"Hey Baby". While kissing Rena's lips
Rena just returned the kisses of the man affectionately too without saying a word.
"Ram, it was already. I have business I'll call you back". Rena decided on the phone
"Rama?". Ask the man
"Yes, let's go". Pull Rena indifferently from the man's question.
Rama who saw it was completely destroyed, there were no words that could describe how Rena had broken Rama's heart.
Unknowingly a tear fell from the end of Rama's eyes, the cake and flowers were immediately thrown away and left the campus.
Rama stopped the taxi and did not know where to go, he also did not want if Edo knew that his arrival here was just a waste.

Rama can only hold back his tears, the woman he loves betrayed him instead. The heart he had been guarding all this time was completely in vain.

Rama tried to calm himself and his mind until he finally returned to Edo's apartment.

Rama cleaned himself up, standing under the shower still imagined the incident earlier.
Rama's heart really hurt. When he recalled how he and Rena were close from SMP close to SMA formalized the relationship until finally planning to propose to Rena. Everything really got fucked up.
"Love?"
"Cuiiii". Rama looks very angry, upset at him.
How he had believed until he never harbored suspicion to Rena, it turns out time managed to answer everything. Rena's feelings change with time.
