Chapter 4: The Confusion

Nayeo joked, "Nari, did you know that I met a handsome man when I wanted to get into the office? Today really started out beautifully for me."

Nari was just speechless, still mesmerized by the meeting that morning. He pondered, wondering if maybe the man was real.

"You know, it's possible that the characters in the comics could live on," Nari said, trying to chase the common thread in her mind.

Nari's question made Youa frown in confusion.

Youra was confused by Nari's question. "Why are you asking like that, Ri?" ask Youra.

Nari just shook her head, "It's okay. It seems to be just my imagination."

Nayeo tried to break off the conversation, "Nari, will I take you to the hospital? You don't look well."

Nari glanced at Nayeo sharply, "I was just kidding. Let's get back to work."

When the break came, the three of them went to the cafeteria. However, Nari suddenly stopped.

"That's him, the handsome guy I told you about this morning. Look, isn't he very handsome?" nayeo said, pointing to a man being questioned by security officers.

"It seems like I'd rather just go," Nari said, turning around.

"Why, Ri?" youa asked confusedly.

"Miss, wait a minute. I haven't finished explaining. Release me!" v says when he sees Nari trying to leave.

"Wait, Nari. You know him?" ask Youra.

"Sorry, I don't know him. I'm sorry, I'm in such a hurry" Nari said, but Nari's hand was already held by someone.

"Wait a minute, the problem is not finished yet" said the man who held Nari's hand.

Nari glanced at her friend, their eyes filled with worry. Nari pulled the man's hand to leave.

"Yes, miss. You owe us a story!" shout Nayeo.

The two of them finally arrived at a cafe adjacent to Nari's office. They had been sitting in the cafe for a few minutes, but no one had spoken except to order a drink.

"Sorry, sir, my time is limited, so what's the matter between us? As for what happened this morning, I forgot about it. There's no need to talk about it anymore" Nari said.

"Do you still doubt me, Nari? I am V, your comic character," the man said with confidence.

"I'm not trying to trick you" said V.

"Give strong evidence" challenged Nari.

"Is this sign strong enough, miss?" V shows two spots on his arm.

"What is it?" ask Nari.

"Yes, these two points, miss, are not something you intentionally made," V said.

"But that's impossible" Nari said.

Time to get home from work. This time, Nari did not come home alone; she went home with someone claiming to be V. Either Nari had to believe it or not, but they couldn't possibly be so similar. Nari had never met a handsome man like the one beside her at this moment.

"I'm coming home" Nari said as she tried to turn on the lights.

"You can go inside for a while. I trust you, but remember, don't talk about my comics or talk carelessly. Just remember that," Nari said firmly.

"Yes, I'll remember it," V replied excitedly.

"You will sleep here for a while until you feel better than your 'crazy', perhaps," Nari said as she muttered the word 'crazy' in a joking tone.

After saying that, Nari went towards her room. He wanted to take a shower because his body felt sticky after a long day of work, and his head was also a little dizzy from thinking about the man.

However, just as Nari was about to take off her clothes, she was shocked by the sound of falling objects.

Nari looked towards the source of the voice anxiously. "aaa... Aaa... Aaa..."
